Experience has been great so far. Easy to use and recreate pages and super responsive support team via chat. Some minor functions that we currently have on our page are missing but again support team has gone above and beyond to find fixes to help us get as close as we can.

Performs as expected just like any typical visual builder out there in the Shopify App Store. But the tricky part lies in the fact you gotta manually clear cache.

Sometimes lags, as in does not even open the app to edit some pages you have set up, which is VERY annoying. Otherwise, it's perfect and their customer support team is amazing.

excellent customer service the only thing id say is the toggle from desktop to mobile edit can be a bit glitchy, would love to see them fix that so i dont have to reload the page to often. otherwise im loving my site & the ease of use.

Ideally would have been great and the customer service rep was helpful, but I somehow lost an entire section of my progress and it wasn't user friendly for someone like me and I'm fairly tech savvy, so I uninstalled.

So far so good, but there should be more templates available in different styles. There is only 6 to choose from in the blog posts and not many blog list pages either. But customer service is quick and friendly!

- The app is easy to use and flexible to drag and drop elements. However, the point is not good about the variants of the product, with products with many variants, it is not flexible to change different variant groups. - Fast and enthusiastic support

The builder is incredibly easy to use, offering a wide range of elements that allow for creativity and customization. I love how much flexibility it provides! Andy has been truly amazing — always attentive and ready to help whenever I need support. His quick response time and willingness to make things work for me have made the experience even better. I really appreciate his dedication and expertise!

Takes a while to get the hang of but only because there is so much functionality/options. It does crash occasionally so save often. Customer support is GREAT.

I'm new with building websites so it's not very easy to review but I really appreciate the support chat which makes it possible for me to build a site even though I'm a beginner.

Quick Chat support is free and 24/7, comes with free plan too, but must pay if you have more products. Good for beginners, but has some minor bugs on Mac so always save your work, as you might have to reload the page time to time.
