When I have trouble solving something on my own, the support team kindly explains everything step by step, so even first time users can use the app without difficulty. They are very friendly and help even with small issues. Most features can be implemented easily, which I really appreciate.

This is the BEST landing page app for Shopify - very easy to use. And to make it even better, the REAL TIME CHAT with a REAL PERSON was just the best. I had Jade and she was super helpful with the tweaks and details that i just could not finish myself. 5 STAR!

I’ve been using the EComposer app for my Shopify store, and I’m really impressed with how intuitive it is and how beautifully it integrates with my site’s design. It boasts a comprehensive set of features, allowing for flexible adjustments to various designs, which has greatly helped me with website design. In particular, its ability to generate sections and insert them into the theme editor significantly compensates for any shortcomings of the theme editor itself. Furthermore, the customer service team responded quickly and patiently and meticulously resolved my issues. Highly recommended!

Experience has been great so far. Easy to use and recreate pages and super responsive support team via chat. Some minor functions that we currently have on our page are missing but again support team has gone above and beyond to find fixes to help us get as close as we can.
