Great app and great customer service with the help of Caroline!

Good app, you can make very nice home pages/ product pages etc. The chat is very helpful, quick responses and articles to help your problem.

I've had a very informative amount of support from Eric and Luna at Ecomposer who are very knowledgeable when it comes to the app and happy to go all out to help no matter what the issue and how much support you require. They provide personalised videos showing how to do things in your own pages and are patient and understanding for newbies like me. I managed to get an entire landing page built first time in 24 hours due to their help and am really happy with the user friendliness of ecomposer but I required a lot of support and that's exactly what I got! I definately recommend eComposer to anyone looking to build landing pages, there's a lot of features too.

amazing app with wounderfull support

This is actually brilliant. The page builder works very well, does pretty much everything you need it to do. Their free plan actually is free and lets you edit any page, this company seems to care about wanting their customers to grow. Once i have grown my site, this is the first subscription i will pay for. If you havnt installed this yet, what are you waiting for!?

We have recently begun using e-composer alongside our Kalles Theme and so far it has been exceptional. The support team are also extremely quick to respond and resolve query's.

Using it for 2 weeks from now, and honestly it's a life changing tool and a powerful system for small companies like mine. I've reached twice the support team, and thanks to Jimmy things were fixed within 2 or 3 minutes. Impressive !

Super helpful, easy to use and integrates with other apps to achieve exactly what you want. Customer support team is available 24/7 and will resolve your issues within minutes. I would definitely recommend using this app if you're trying to create unique landing pages and want to make your own templates WITHOUT code. I'm not a coder, but I build and design websites, and I must say - this is great.

Useful and easy to understand

I have been a web developer and eCommerce advertiser for more than 20 years. eComposer is without a doubt one of the best tools! The service is second to none. We recently worked with Elise and she was on point, efficient and really friendly.

I recently gave Ecomposer's landing page builder a whirl, and I've got to say, I'm impressed. What really blew me away was the support team — Jade and Caroline were on it! They got back to me super quick when I hit a snag and helped me sorted out in short amount of time. It's not just about the cool features with these guys; the human touch makes a big difference. Thumbs up to the team!

I got stuck while trying to set up my first page. Caroline quickly hopped on and helped me out! She fixed what I was having trouble with, but also recorded a quick video for me to refer to if I get stuck with that again. I really appreciate that they have actual people available and helping you out right in the chat. Bots are ok, but not when you're already frustrated trying to figure something out, and who wants to have to send an email and wait several days for a reply of help? Nobody.

I like that live chat support is quick to help to fix my problems even if I'm using only free service. And the free option provide more design and customization than Shopify's free themes.
