I was initially concerned because my questions were not well-organized, but Jade's patience and expertise made all the difference. She went above and beyond to assist me and left me feeling truly satisfied with the support I received. EComposer support is fantastic, they were responsive and ready to help me fix the issues I was having with the composer. Having fast and responsive is a really important feature when choosing a platform to launch you offers or landing pages. Loving it so far and my landing page looks great! Ready to start seeing those conversions!

We represent almost a dozen clients across the e-commerce space. We use eComposer in almost every store we manage. Not only is the tool outstanding, but the service has been some of the best we have had (and we have hundreds of vendors and providers).

Customer service has been excellent! Very quick to respond (mins) and has been able to resolve the problem. Also I just built a quick custom Contact Us page and the interface was easy with lots of options to build out a page or section. Seems like a great app!

This is a pretty good app. If you think it doesn't have a particular feature as you're using it, you're usually wrong, or at least that's what I found. Every time I couldn't find a feature I asked the support team and it was there. The support team is great and help guide you through anything you need doing with their 24/7 support. They will even send you cool little videos showing how it's done. Very rarely can something not be done. Very grateful for apps like these that make entrepreneurship and web design way more accessible

They taught me how to operate the system with screenshots and followed me with real-time chat. Thanks to them, I was able to publish my page successfully. I am very satisfied with this service. I will also consider the paid plan.

This is exactly what my website has been missing! Shopify is great and an integral part of the process, BUT it is not easy or intuitive to make your website look a certain way. I felt very stuck with what I was working with - and that my pages looked kind of stale. EComposer allows you to really get that flexibility you crave and have a very clean and professional looking site - while also being incredibly easy to use. It also integrates extremely well with Shopify as well as all of the other apps I have on my site so far. I've now cleaned up my product pages to be more readable and professional looking. Excited to use this to polish up the rest of my site!

I was building my first landing page and used EComposer. I edited the template and it all looked very easy. When I tested it out after publishing couple of features did not work as I wanted them to work. I contacted support and got to talk to Olivia. She helped me resolve all the issues and followed up the next day. It literally takes a few minutes to get in touch with support team and fix the issue. Olivia was great! She must be the best on her team))) I recommend EComoser to anyone using Shopify.
