As a web developer, I have to say that EComposer surpasses GemPages by a significant margin. It offers an intuitive and straightforward template-building experience. The flexibility it provides for sections, columns, and mobile styling is impressive. Moreover, the customer support is exceptional, with Andy from their team going above and beyond to assist me. I give the EComposer team a huge A+ for this fantastic application!

I am very happy with the service I have gotten from the team so far. Jade, Jennie, and Anna have been very responsive to my many, many, many questions. Of course, I do wish that more of what you need any page builder for was built into Shopify. But since it isn't, having a page builder like this gives you a lot of flexibility. There is certainly a learning curve and some things it can't do (like put metafields into a table). So you have to either use another app or take a little time to code your own. I also wish there were more tokens/conditionals in the app admin menu to put some logic into your pages, so you don't have to build so many duplicates just to change something like sub collections. I looked at a few other page builders before deciding on EComposer. This is by far the most robust one I have seen.

Ecomposer has a learning curve at the start, but the customer support has been quick and swift. I had assistance from Mia and Jade who have been helpful and offered solutions and learning resources quickly. Thank you Team.

Andy was super helpful and patient while I was experiencing trouble with creating a new template for our products. I spent a lot of time trying to fix the issue on my own before i finally reached out to support because I thought it would be a headache trying to get them to help but I was wrong! I was so happy to be able to resolve my issue with ease and fast using the live chat function. This was the best customer service experience I could have asked for. Good job, Andy!

Customer service has been excellent! Very quick to respond (mins) and has been able to resolve the problem. Also I just built a quick custom Contact Us page and the interface was easy with lots of options to build out a page or section. Seems like a great app!

This is a pretty good app. If you think it doesn't have a particular feature as you're using it, you're usually wrong, or at least that's what I found. Every time I couldn't find a feature I asked the support team and it was there. The support team is great and help guide you through anything you need doing with their 24/7 support. They will even send you cool little videos showing how it's done. Very rarely can something not be done. Very grateful for apps like these that make entrepreneurship and web design way more accessible
