Olivia is great and always helps so quickly with anything I am trying to create. I used to use layouthub but it was so limiting. Ecomposer is really the best option for somebody trying to give their site some extra spice.
Great page building app. A lot easier to use than other landing page builders. Service is also fantastic, response is very quick and all the problems I have had have been solved.
Extremely useful app, page building is now very easy on shopify with EComposer. Ecomposer is far better than other page builders on Shopify. Also it gives best live customer support even on free plan. I love it.
The customer service staff are very friendly and reply quickly. My preference for using the product has also improved. If I don’t understand anything, I send pictures and they will help me solve it.
Great App, very very good and super fast support. Andy solved my issue in a few minutes so i can start now working to build my new landing and product pages ;) It is very easy to use and there are many templates so it`s perfect for shopify beginners ;)

Jade helped out quickly to set up the homepage, the customer service is top-notch!
My overall experience was great! I had an issue setup my password page and jade from customer service took the time to figure out the issue and resolved it. Every other app's customer service should be this good.
Misleading to say that on the Free plan you can publish '3 Live Pages' with 'All Elements' - when in truth simple things like custom fonts are a paid feature. I only found out after investing time learning the UI and feel it's been a waste of time.

To make it clear, we allow all Google fonts on Free plan and Custom font on any paid plan. This is clearly stated in our pricing table here: https://ecomposer.io/pages/pricing I can relate to your feeling that you may just want to have a couple of pages with custom fonts and not ready to pay. Works as it's supposed to, and the customer service is quick to answer any questions. The platform is easy to work with and creates pretty pages easily!
BY FAR THE BEST SHOPIFY APP I've ever used, the communication is even better. I'm asking the live chat questions while editing a new page. When I first downloaded the app, I didn't immediately use it because it seemed technical and daunting. Now that I have inspiration for what I want to make, they have basically every feature I would need. And still some I don't know how to use yet. Whatever else they come out with I'm checking it out - signed someone who doesn't even leave reviews
