I do like the app and the customer service. However, I find it very complicated at some points. Anna, Andy, David and the rest of the cv team are doing a great job though guiding me with the problems I face from time to time. That is really appreciated.
We treasure your feedbacks and will surely improve it to best fit merchant needs. Thank you again for invaluable time and words for EComposer.

EComposer is great and does everything we needed and more. Jennie from their support team was extremely quick and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to customize their website beyond the constraints of their shopify theme.

easy to use , adding it to my theme was a bit sticky but Susan helped me and was so patient, now its done. The app itself is really great ... the freedom to make what you want !

A new user to EComposer to build a single brand product store front. I had some support questions on how to get started and contacted support. Andy was very fast to respond (less than a minute) and was very helpful in providing the needed information...

Using this app to build my Black Friday deals page, very intuitive design and easy to use, David was a great help with getting my account set up and provided me some tutorials to get me started.

Ecomposer is a design-oriented, sophisticated program that is very quick to learn. The staff is excellent and responds to your questions immediately. I feel confident that I will design a stunning Website - with the help of Ecomposer. A lot of smart ladies indeed who work there (and Men too...) Another Review a Year Later. All along E-composer has been by my side, as I currently build my website and learn the ins and outs of all this technology that I am new to. I was able to build my Coming Soon page that I had challenges with, but again only with the help of the Team at E-Composer. They never let me down! When I have an obstacle, challenge or something I can't understand, they are always super quick to respond and solve the issue and guide me to the best solution. Best customer service I have ever experienced! AND, the best part is I am building a gorgeous site, with their help of course. Thank you all at E-Composer - you are ALL amazing: Andy, Susan, Elise, Jennie, Mia, Anna, Jade, Olivia.

The app is excellent and helpful when building a website, and compliments Shopify well, even if I don't end up using it on my final design, I still recommend it. Susan was great and very helpful with her support.
