Very easy to use to create a new blog format for our site and great support from Susan when I needed some custom editing.
I am designing my next-gen store, and I was looking for an App to allow me quickly design nice pages. The plus for ECompose is it comes with great support. I had a wonderful experience trying to set up the App. Susan, one the support staff, went out of her way to make sure I'm taken care of.
Anna customer service did a really great job! Reply very quickly and exactly what i want. Will continue to use this app!
Jenny helped me real fast with a question. Awesome customer service. The app is also very nice and easy to use. I'm 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

The app has all kinds of fresh templates. Bit of a learning curve but looks worth it. Reasonable price and excellent customer service. David was very helpful in answering all my questions. Good support.

Update! I'm very happy with the customer service. When I started to use the App, Avast kept popping up the virus warning. It was proved as a False warning, because the EComposer team reacted very quickly to contact Avast team. They confirmed NO virus was detected. The issue was solved in two days and Avast removed the false warning window. Now I can feel comfortable using this amazing APP！ I'm very happy with the customer service because they are very responsible and solve the issue speedily!
Hi there, This is Anna from EComposer. We're sorry to hear your case, we've never heard it before, though. Our developer checked it immediately and found there is nothing infected by virus on our app link. Detail reports are sent to your email, kindly help me check it. Rest assured that there certainly cannot be any security or virus issues here as the data is strictly controlled by Shopify. I think in the source code there are keywords that are misinterpreted as a threat from anti-virus software. We're working with Avast to ask them check & clear the wrong warning. Amazing App! a bug appeared recently, i reported it using the chat app and it was resolved quickly. very happy with responsiveness and app capabilities
Great and easy to use product. This helped use make many necessary design changes without hiring someone. The support is excellent as well!!!

app非常好用，并且非常感谢工作人员的指导与帮助 功能非常多，且非常适合卖家，但是如果能把hotpot变成热区图文，点击区域从一个点变成一个大的区域（卖家找到hotpot的点，并进行点击会辛苦，点击区域变大能提高用户体验） 非常感谢！
