I discovered this application to create design pages. The installation on Shopify is very easy, it does not require any competence. The usage of the application is good, but in any case, you have a super reactive customer service by tchat that helps you in real-time to solve your eventual problems or to reply to your questions. I would like to say thank you to Olivia and Andy from the customer service for their work. J'ai découvert cette application par hasard afin de créer des pages design. L'installation sur Shopify est très facile, cela ne demande pas de compétence. L'utilisation de l'application pour la création de page est plus ou moins simple, mais dans tous les cas, vous avez un service client super réactif par tchat qui vous aide en temps réal à résoudre vos éventuels problèmes ou à répondre à vos interrogations. Je tiens à remercier Olivia et Andy du service client pour leur travail.

Andy was incredibly helpful when it came to editing my composer building. His knowledge of the template was impressive, and he was able to provide clear and concise instructions to make the process easier. It really made a difference in helping me create a website design using this template. He was patient and detailed in explaining how to use the template and was always there to answer any questions I had. His assistance was invaluable and I'm very thankful for his help.

Most probably the best page builder we have ever used. We have got tons of features in this page builder. The support staff is always there when you need help or are stuck somewhere. Especially Anna. Anna seems to be online most of the time and that shows her dedication towards the customers who are using this page builder and how ready she is to help no matter the time.

It's bit hard to start off with because I need to learn how all functions work, but once I picked up the page looks really professional even with the free template. The support was great and helped me a lot. David, Jimmy and Mia are all quick and helpful and patient with me. I highly reccomend eComposer app.

Within the last 6 months, I have tried three page builder apps and without any questions, this is the most advanced one. It may be a bit complicated at the start to understand all features, however, you should certainly be glad about your choice. Writing this comment because Anna was so helpful that I wanted to say her thank you for it.

EComposer is a very flexible, easy-to-use, and easy-to-understand application. This is the new revolution of Shopify. Also, they have an awesome support team that provides me with almost 24 hours of support. Especially David and Susan from the support team is a very kind and helpful people. Thanks to the EComposer team.

Using the free plan I was stuck and finally said let me see if customer service can help... I connected with Jenny in less than 2 minutes. Not only did she show me step by step how to fix my issue in a video using my page. She was generous enough to save it. Absolutely awesome. The app was great as it is. With the customer service... don't pass on this.
