There are various templates to choose from which perfectly meets my needs. Additionally, it allows for further customization to suit your preferences. It's a great tool. Plus, the customer service team, especially Susan, responded quickly and proactively resolved the issue.

It's not compatible with RTL, and I wasn't able to use other plugins with my theme, like a translator app or a bundle creator app. I wasn't even able to edit anything in the code, like to change a certain dev I don't know, it was supposed to make my experience easier, but it just didn't. Customer support reached out to me, they are very helpful and thoughtful, and they showed help with the mentioned problems above, I give them 4 out of 5 because of the RTL capability, rather than this, they are a solid 5.

I have checked your old conversation with my team and I found there are two issues: You want to make the content in RTL: About this, I'm so sorry that currently, we don't have the option for this. But I can help you to achieve that with some CSS code. You want to use the Pumper Volume discount extension: I tried to check that extension, but it allows use on the Product page only: https://tppr.me/N5hDKx. Your current page is a Homepage, so it can not work. Can you please try to use it on a Product template to see if it can work? Or please consider using the EcomRise Volume discount extension, it can work on all page types. Again, I am sorry for what happened. Fantastic, made my experience building a clean store way better. Jade from customer service helped me out really fast and explained exactly how i could fix my problem.

Easy to use for the most-part, but often find I run into really confusing problems that don't have straight-forward fixes. The support team are fantastic though!

the customer service is the best. Especially Olivia. Without her, I would have quit using EComposer because of a bug they had.

Die App an sich ist sehr gut. Man hat viel mehr Möglichkeiten als bei Shopify an sich. Der Support Service ist wirklich super. Ich hatte jetzt schon mehrmals Fragen und immer hat sich jemand die Zeit genommen und mein Problem gefixed!

we got there in the end! An app was causing slow responsive product pages but after lots of investigating we solved problem and my website is now working great! Very happy Thank you ANDY

poor experience so far. contacted customer service 1st and did not recieve a response of any use. then 8 days later after waiting for a response i reached out again but it wasn't helpful at all. I am led to believe that you cannot use ecomposer for lead generation as apparently you cant use a shopify form or tag the form in anyway to know where the sign ups came from - incredibly disappointed especially after 8+ days of patience.

Olivia was very helpful. Even on weekend the chat support was available. As just owning this app for 2-3 days, having worked on the 2nd landing page, there was a tweaking required with a background image from the copying of the 1st original landing page. Via Screensharing Olivia supported quickly and the problem was gone. She also was very helpful with some other general questions. Very appreciated so the promotion of the new landing page can start immediately.

There's definitely been a bit of a learning curve with using this app. I've found myself frustrated numerous times while trying to build my Coming Soon page, however the customer service staff working the chat feature have been extremely attentive and helpful, especially Olivia! I will continue to use in the future.
