The support team is extremely helpful. Unlike most other apps and support, if you're having an issue they'll actually input the correction code for you to make it work how you want. Love it!

Jade is a very professional person. First of all, she responded very quickly. I got her reply very quickly. Secondly, she understood my needs very quickly and helped me set up my banner in the most efficient way. I had an issue with the Ecomus theme and EComposer app. I contacted the EComposer support team, and Jade helped me very well. She answered me in the same language I asked, which made it very easy for me. She was kind, polite, and quick to respond.
