I just downloaded this app and I have to say the support is awesome! I was stuck on how to change a feature on one of the templates and I asked for help in their chat window and received a response immediately. I can't comment on anything else since I've just started using it, but it seems easy to use and the support help is amazing.

Easy to use and agents are very helpful! They respond to you right if you have any concerns about the app. The pricing is more favorable compared to other themes as well so I think this is worth it.
