It takes some time to get used to, but the app is relatively intuitive to use. It even comes with a feature where AI generates layouts for you. When you have questions, the support operators walk you through the steps, which is super clear and helpful. They also respond quickly in Japanese for simple inquiries. If you ever get stuck, I highly recommend asking support!

Ecomposer is a great app if you're looking for something that works like Elementor for Wordpress. The UI is familiar which makes it easy for me to pick up and build pages in record time. The support for this app is also amazing. Anna has been such a huge help with issues I encountered and solving them in record time.

This app has many features, so it can feel a little complicated at first, but there’s no need to worry because the support team is always ready to help. The app does charge a fee, but I think it’s worth it for the service and support you receive. I highly recommend it, one of the best lending apps I’ve ever used!

This app has been amazing. I haven't experienced any conflicts with any of the other apps I use. Susan helped me get everything set up, and the whole process was smooth. If you're running a startup store on a tight budget like I am, this app is an excellent choice.

I’ve had such a great experience with EComposer. It makes building and customising pages so much easier, and the support team is wonderful — they’re always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever I need assistance. I especially love being able to customise desktop, tablet and mobile layouts separately, as well as control which sections are shown for different products. It gives you so much flexibility while still allowing you to manage everything from one template. Overall, EComposer has made creating customised product pages much simpler and more efficient. Shopify themes are challenging for me as I'm used to an easier interface migrating from Wix drag and drop, and they're more limited in applications. Ecomposer does have drag and drop, and it allows for more creative control with positioning, and has quite a vast selection of elements I need for my home page of my store that I can't get with Shopify themes. The tech support is very kind and patient and if you are having any kind of problem, don't understand how to do something, they are quick to respond and extraordinarily helpful. Their help instructions are very easy to follow. They are more "old school" customer support. They really want to help you.
