Susan is a great partner. She helped me achieve the effect I wanted on EC by modifying the code. However, some other human support replied that it could not be achieved by code, so Susan is a very capable person. EC is still very convenient for customizing website templates, and the desired effect can be achieved through code.

Great app,I have been using it during this time. I found it to be extremely powerful as I became more and more familiar with it. Plus, their support team is also excellent. The support specialist provided me with the proper solution quickly and accurately. I think it is very important for users. I believe I will choose it for my other websites.

The support team is extremely helpful. Unlike most other apps and support, if you're having an issue they'll actually input the correction code for you to make it work how you want. Love it!
