I have been very pleased with the customer service they provide. I have been stuck in designing a page multiple times and someone from the team is always available for help. Jade and hana especially have gone above and beyond to explain and edit pages to my preference

a powerful application in terms of page creation, lots of customization possible and above all the chat support is available 7/24, I am helped by Hana on several occasions, really very competent, professional, understands ultra quickly what I want to achieve.

Ideally would have been great and the customer service rep was helpful, but I somehow lost an entire section of my progress and it wasn't user friendly for someone like me and I'm fairly tech savvy, so I uninstalled.

Excellent app and customer support over live chat. Support is available 24/7 and and questions are answered almost immediately. They go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or queries, whether thats sharing links to relevant articles, creating customised step-by-step tutorials, or even by granting access to your Shopify so they can resolve issues for you. Definitely 5/5 stars and would recommend to anyone.
