The customer service and help is unmatched! Hana has helped me sooo much. The app is user friendly but you’ll need a laptop or computer to access all features. There are a ton of presets and inspirations to choose from.

THIS APP IS THE BEST APP FOR LANDING PAGE WITH SO MANY FEATURES AND ADD-ONS! ITS SURPRISING HOW ITS FREE TOO! I USED THE COUNTER AND IT HAS BEEN GREAT! I FACED AN ISSUE WITH IT NOT SHOWING ON WEBSITE, I EMAILED SUPPORT AND ANDY RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY AND HELPED ME! TURNS OUT THE TEXT COLOUR WAS WHITE AND BACKGROUND WAS WHITE TOO WHICH IS WHY IT WAS HIDDEN. THANKS TO ANDY FOR THE SUPPORT AND QUICKNESS IN RESOLVING IT! I REALLY APPRECIATE IT! 10/10 RATING FROM ME

I was having a hard time using the Shopify app since it's my first time, but I was able to edit the product page thanks to Eric's detailed explanation. The design is beautiful, the functionality is great, and the instructions were perfect, so I will definitely continue using it! Thank you so much!!! Eric!!

I absolutely love using EComposer Landing Page Builder! It’s made my life so much easier when building and customizing pages for my Shopify store. For some reason I did not have the menu after installing the app so could not subscribe to a paid plan. After going in circles a few times I reached out to support and spoke to Hana. She shared the steps and confirmed I did not have the menu to select subscriptions. I tried logging out and refreshing everything but it still did not come up. While doing a video of to show her it refreshed and appeared. I then tried the discount code which failed but Hana helped with a different code and everything went through fine. Thanks!

I had a problem on my website and the advisors were with me trying to help me the entire time, they were very patient and understanding. The attention was immediate and they were always very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this app, the customer service advisors are excellent

Great assistance! Very quick to respond and answered my question with a video example from the website i'm building. Didn't have to deal with 80 questions from a chatbot before she answered too. And one of the better page builders I've used, clean design elements that blend. in nicely with your theme and lots of small customizations which are key. Will stick with this one.

I really enjoyed my experience with EComposer. I had technical difficulties with many other applications that I tried. Glitches. However, so far I have not run into any glitches with EComposer. Hana has been incredibly helpful; she helped me with some questions that I had. She answered my questions and successfully navigated my issues. I like that EComposer gives me a channel for my creative self expression while allowing me to cater to my clientelele's needs. I find it to be important. I am in a creative field and I find creativity to be important.
