Great templates and excellent customer service! I struggled with publishing a footer on my website, so I reached out to customer support via live chat. They resolved the issue within minutes—something I had spent hours trying to fix.

Very versatile app with tons of different options for pages and elements that you can create. They have tons of help documentation to walk you through nearly anything you could want to create, but in the event that you don't find what you are after, the support provided by the team is amazing and has helped me create what I wanted to every time! Luna especially has been a huge help!

The best tool purchase I've made for my company since starting here The customer service is so amazing too. It has so many features in the highest plan. Worth so much more than paying a developer $125 an hour at best to do custom things, only for us to be left unable to make necessary changes in important times without waiting for them to fix something. It was an uphill battle on my subscription plan to learn every single element that I had access to, but overall it's just an amazing tool. I researched tools very carefully so I'm not surprised that it's amazing but getting to actually use the maximum plan's features is a whole different ballgame.

Andy was amazing and FAST! I love working with this team.

The customer service is very good. We are on a basic plan and get very good tech support and a fast response (within minutes). Eric and Hana have helped us with a lot of personalised Loom videos to assist in creating the design we want. My only issue is within the EComposer app within Shopify, I find my computer (which is a MacBook Pro) gets very slow within the building environment. I think a stand alone link within a browser would really help speed this up and reduce the 'clunkiness'. Other than that, great program and team. PBT

I love using this app! They have free pages already built that is easy to fix to your liking. If there's something that you're not understanding, their AI chat box explains the process for you. I love that if the AI chat box is not able to answer my question, an actual person takes over the conversation and guides you through. This app has really upgraded the look of my site.
