I was facing some issues with the EComposer Builder, and Eric patiently and professionally helped me resolve everything. His quick response and efficient solutions made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I'm truly grateful for his assistance and it allowed my Shopify page to go live without a hitch. Even the free version can quickly create a beautiful looping video on your homepage, and the support team (Eric) was so helpful and responded to my questions right away!

For some reason I did not have the menu after installing the app so could not subscribe to a paid plan. After going in circles a few times I reached out to support and spoke to Hana. She shared the steps and confirmed I did not have the menu to select subscriptions. I tried logging out and refreshing everything but it still did not come up. While doing a video of to show her it refreshed and appeared. I then tried the discount code which failed but Hana helped with a different code and everything went through fine. Thanks!

I had a problem on my website and the advisors were with me trying to help me the entire time, they were very patient and understanding. The attention was immediate and they were always very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this app, the customer service advisors are excellent

Great assistance! Very quick to respond and answered my question with a video example from the website i'm building. Didn't have to deal with 80 questions from a chatbot before she answered too. And one of the better page builders I've used, clean design elements that blend. in nicely with your theme and lots of small customizations which are key. Will stick with this one.
