I really enjoyed my experience with EComposer. I had technical difficulties with many other applications that I tried. Glitches. However, so far I have not run into any glitches with EComposer. Hana has been incredibly helpful; she helped me with some questions that I had. She answered my questions and successfully navigated my issues. I like that EComposer gives me a channel for my creative self expression while allowing me to cater to my clientelele's needs. I find it to be important. I am in a creative field and I find creativity to be important.

Jade is great and overall the support is fast and literally always there - very very great communitcation

Hana & Jade was very helpful. Got 6 months free with a certain theme and she managed to walk me through how to do something that would have taken me hours to learn! It's a shame that the default shopify doesn't have something like this, as its another thing to have to pay for... but this does work very well, especially for someone with no coding experience. EDIT: Had even more help from Jade <3

Too Good . Really Help Me to Optimize my product page additionally there support team (specially hana ) is very quicky and too calm while conversation . highly recommend this plugin .

The app is great and the customer service is really helpful. Whenever I have a question, they get back to me ASAP (usually just a few minutes) and have even made a step x step video to help me remedy the technical issue I was experiencing. Super great, love it!

Jade responded to my issue in literally under 30 seconds and in another 20 seconds she sent me a custom video directly showing me how to fix it. 10/10
