I've investigated your case and found that you are having a bit of trouble with the editor as a new user. Besides, miscommunication between you and our CS agent may result in back-and-forth support. Actually, Page Builder is a big app since it allows you to build the whole website, so there are tons of options in the editor. And there is definitely a bit of a learning curve if you're just starting out. We followed up via emails to make sure you can get used to the app faster. I am used to using Wordpress until switching to Shopify and this is what i have been wanting; a drag and drop page builder just like how i'm used to.
