Its a good product but the 24/7 support is what makes this app worth the $$. I was able to do some of the items I was hoping for but still working out a few of the others. Jade was well knowledgeable about what the app does and doesn't do, which saves me a lot of time. Better to pay the few extra bucks now to save the time, because you can't buy that time back later. Also came back later and took advantage of the Buy a partner theme and get 6 months free deal, then Lily was able to get us setup with the promo upgrade quickly.

This is worth your money! Great service. The team is always wanted to help you. As a webdeveloper I want to try new things, and they are were welcome to help you with it. Andrew helped me a lot. I have asked him about a third party plugin to customize some elements. At first I tought well I don't think they can help me because it is a third party plug-in. Andrew came with a solution, I was very much suprised! Thanks a lot!

The app its self is pretty frustrating to use. Its not very intuitive, its more techy and takes alot of frustrating time to execute very simple things. It could be designed better. Thank god for their amazing support though, small things i was able to get assistance with Eric was very helpful and made the tweeks i needed to complete my project.

I am dissatisfied with the eComposer app. From the moment it was installed, it completely disrupted the layout of our Shopify site by changing the default fonts, despite the settings being correctly configured in our theme. The font that is supposed to display for regular text is Lora, but Playfair Display appears instead. This issue is unacceptable for a professional online store. The customer support tried to help, but it was useless. I strongly discourage anyone from using this app if they want to maintain a functional and professional Shopify site. It is a waste of time and energy, and it negatively impacts the user experience for our customers (the typography imposed by the theme is not pleasant to the eye and drives potential customers away from our store). Very disappointed.

Regarding the issue you mentioned: When importing a page if you select "Global typography, colors" option, it applies the styles across the entire site, which may have caused the changes to your fonts. You had better select the "Sections data" option when importing data. We had reset the form settings for you and also send follow up email with more details to assist your case better. I was working on a custom Coming soon page, which is also known as password page. I reached support for some inquiries, and to be truly honest, this is by far the best customer support I have ever seen. Jade was the person behind all the magic. She helped me fix all my issues in matters of seconds. I highly recommend using Ecomposer. I tried using other platforms but this one is by far the best and easiest to use!
