Customer Service answered my question quickly. Hate it when working with new software and get stuck, then have to wait forever to get an answer that would have resolved the issue in 1 minute.

We use EComposer to build some of our websites; each turns out to be very beautiful and clean! Though we had some small issues while customizing our sites, customer support was so responsive and helpful

Great set of support staff to work along with. They are quick to response and action. Perfect for new age business owners who get their websites developed through agencies/freelancers one-time and would want to handle it going forward.

I switched from a other page builder to E-Composer and I'm very happy with it. Here I also have the opportunity to work on themes that have not yet been published, which is a huge plus. The support is also great and I received a discount code upon request. Only recommended.

Ecomposer is hands down one of the best page builders for shopify. The customer support is always ready to help. Andy helped us a lot when we had queries. I highly recommend Ecomposer for anyone who's looking to build a stunning shopify store.

Coming from Shogun now as I type this. I created two pages. A lot more powerful and you get more features than the old pricing plan on Shogun for the Pro plan on Ecomposer. I had a basic CSS question that my theme was overriding, and it was answered and fixed within minutes. As long as pricing stays what it is, I will be telling everyone I know to switch from Shogun! Thank you Caroline!

Great tools to build high quality pages from products, landing pages and FAQ's which really help my online business grow! Customer services is extremely helpful when called upon. They've been able to resolve any queries I've had within minutes.

I've had a great experience with this app! The customer service agent was friendly and extremely helpful and i had no problem solving any issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a a quick and easy way to build a website from scratch!

I easily built my first page on Ecomposer and it wasn't hard at all. Being a beginner I had some small problems, but with Jade's help, everything was solved very quickly. Thank you Jade for your professionalism. Very nice and to the point. I recommend.
