I have asked him about a third party plugin to customize some elements. At first I tought well I don't think they can help me because it is a third party plug-in. So far I'm loving all of the features this app. It's easy to create apps and the customer service is really fast. I've used other Page Builder apps on Shopify and this is by far the most robust and user-friendly.

I am dissatisfied with the eComposer app. From the moment it was installed, it completely disrupted the layout of our Shopify site by changing the default fonts, despite the settings being correctly configured in our theme. The font that is supposed to display for regular text is Lora, but Playfair Display appears instead. This issue is unacceptable for a professional online store. The customer support tried to help, but it was useless. I strongly discourage anyone from using this app if they want to maintain a functional and professional Shopify site. It is a waste of time and energy, and it negatively impacts the user experience for our customers (the typography imposed by the theme is not pleasant to the eye and drives potential customers away from our store). Very disappointed.
