EComposer is a powerful and user-friendly page builder for Shopify. The drag-and-drop interface is smooth, flexible, and well-structured, making it easy to build professional layouts quickly. It offers great control over design, responsiveness across devices, and works very well with custom Liquid and Shopify’s native features. The performance is stable, and the support team is responsive and helpful when needed. Overall, EComposer is a reliable solution for building custom Shopify pages efficiently, and I highly recommend it for both developers and store owners.

EComposer has been essential for creating high-converting landing pages across our brands. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, templates are flexible, and mobile responsiveness is flawless. Special thanks to Eric from support - he's been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, helping us troubleshoot issues quickly and providing expert guidance on optimization. His support has saved us significant time. The A/B testing capabilities are particularly valuable for our direct response campaigns. Integration with Shopify is seamless and performance is excellent with no speed issues. Highly recommend for anyone needing professional landing pages without developer dependency!

I was having some technical difficulties with translations on my cart page, but the support team was incredible. Susan was extremely patient, professional, and stayed with me until everything was working perfectly on my live site. She even provided videos to make sure I understood the process. The app itself is very powerful and intuitive, but the human support is what really makes it stand out. Highly recommended! Also, a Happy New Year to the whole team!

the templates are creative, and the customers service are patient and friendly. i hope they can release more beautiful template, such as black friday, cyber monday, valentines day, spring, summer, fall and so on. Hope see that soon!

I am due a refund for unused services. I have previously requested this through your support chat and was directed to Shopify for a refund. Shopify states that Ecomposer is responsible for this refund and is declining to resolve the issue. They have reached out to your team for resolution. I have not heard anything back from your team, and I still have a yearly charge on my billing statement for your service which I never used and already deleted. 2 minutes after subscribing, I downgraded and requested a refund because I was not satisfied with the application on my store. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. UPDATE: ECOMPOSER IS A TERRIBLE APP AND SERVICE. I was hoping Ecomposer would resolve the issue. Seeing as I was charged for an entire year of service without using the horrible application and only downloaded the app onto my shopify store for about 2 minutes to realize it was run-of-the-mill and just like any other landing page builder. I didn't use ANY of the application features because it wasn't any good. Deleted the app immediately after 2 minutes. Have gone through customer support at ecomposer, and they said they couldn't help me, and that I'd need to reach out to Shopify customer support. Well, Shopify customer support said that is not accurate, and Shopify support has filed Ecomposer as unwilling to assist a customer. Shopify support has reached out too Ecomposer to resolve the issue that they are unwilling to fix. So far, I've seen Ecomposer drop my billing charge from a yearly charge down to a monthly Pro charge..why? I shouldn't owe anything for this horrible application. I have emailed Ecomposer's support team 5 times over the last month WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. They are thieves and their customer service is despicable. If my bill is not entirely resolved, don't be surprised if they are removed from the Shopify app store, because either I nor Shopify will allow this to go without consequence.

One major pain point we faced early on was managing content on product templates. Shopify’s default workflow often requires repeating the same edits across multiple templates or touching theme code, which is inefficient at scale. EComposer’s Shopify Sections feature solved this perfectly by allowing us to inject and manage custom content directly on product templates without repetitive manual edits. We’ve used the app across multiple stores in different markets, including Shopify Plus setups, and the experience has been consistently smooth and reliable. After many years of using it, we genuinely appreciate how responsive and well-maintained the app has remained. And we would still choose EComposer for future stores because of the excellent support team behind it.

I’ve been using EComposer since 2022, and it has been more than three years working closely with this app on my store. As someone with no technical background, the drag-and-drop editor truly felt like a game-changing invention for my business. It allows me to easily customize product pages and layouts without touching any code. Recently, I tried Editor 3.0, and the new A/B Testing feature has been extremely valuable. It lets me compare different layouts and clearly identify which version performs better. Thanks to this, I’ve been able to optimize my layouts and noticeably improve my conversion rate. I also really appreciate the layout sync feature. Even after changing my Shopify theme, syncing and reusing existing pages was smooth and straightforward, which saved me a lot of time and effort. There is a small limitation: editing section backgrounds can sometimes be a bit tricky, especially when trying to quickly locate and replace the correct background layer. Hope they can improve soon to make it easier to use.
