The app is incredibly user-friendly and packed with a wide range of features that make it easy to create stunning designs. I also want to give a special shoutout to the customer support representative, Jade. Jade was extremely responsive and quickly helped me resolve an issue I encountered. Overall, my experience with EComposer has been fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and easy-to-use design tool.

using it now for couple months. really good and friendly fast support. They reaction time is below 60s if you need something. Elise helpt me alot! Recommended for sure!

I'm a Web Developer who is new to the Shopify ecosystem and how development works in here but I've been getting the hang of it quickly as the user interface is friendly enough. And aside from that, any problems I run into seems to easily be solved when I choose to contact someone in the app for help, for example Olivia, who solved an issue I had really quickly in just a few texts.

Die App an sich ist sehr gut. Man hat viel mehr Möglichkeiten als bei Shopify an sich. Der Support Service ist wirklich super. Ich hatte jetzt schon mehrmals Fragen und immer hat sich jemand die Zeit genommen und mein Problem gefixed!

App does exactly what we need, we were able to create our own section that was not already available in the theme we purchased. The support team is also very responsive and helped us with a few areas we needed some help in. WIll continue to use it! Thanks Andrew!

Great app. Works exacly how described. The best part is the customer service. You get answer within 5 minutes and they go the length to make sure you get your questions answered. If 6 stars was possible i would pick it. Great customer service from Elise. She helped me with all the problems i've had.

Great customer support, and excellent features to create something from the start. The templates have a well-designed UI/UX for ease of use and save a bunch of time! Almost instant replies from the service team, they're able to pinpoint the issue properly

Quick update: ecomposer still our page builder of choice. The support is really top notch and always fast to respond and extremely patient. S/O Mia for helping us out with some page issues. Great app, totally upped our game with the landing pages we're publishing. We were using Webflow for landers but EComposer is a no brainer if you're trying to build pages that inherit all of the customizations and CRO from a custom theme. EComposer is easy to use and doesn't take long to get up and running. That said, it's the support that really shines. Under 5 min response times anytime we've had a question or run into an issue. Support always comes through and resolves whatever we're dealing with. If you want a tool for easily creating high conversion landers, this one is hard to beat.
