So far so good, I'm only starting out and I'm using the free plan. The customer service rep ANNA was very helpful, patient, and nice! I was very confused on how the app worked and what the difference was between a Blog post" and a "Blog post template" - she sent me instructions on how to create a blog post and a video showing each step, it was very helpful! As soon as I'm experienced with the app I will add another review. Thank you Anna!!

Ecomposer is a great tool easy to use with many templates. Support team is awesome, very quick to respond and super helpful. Definitely recommend !!

It can be a challenging app to use at times but it provides a much needed service for customization. Support is very responsive and helps out every time. Elise and Olivia have been primarily helping out and are very patient and kind.

I am a fairly new customer and the first time support was needed, Olivia from support was extremely helpful! Incredibly efficient (probably quickest resolution I've ever received for similar issues on other apps). Look forward to continuing using this app knowing support is so quick and helpful

One of the standout features of Ecomposer is its user-friendly interface. Navigating through the various options and templates is intuitive, even for someone like me who isn't particularly tech-savvy. Plus, the customization options allowed me to tailor my store to fit my brand perfectly. The customer support team behind the app deserves a special mention. Especially @Elise & Jade. They've been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've encountered an issue or had a question. It's reassuring to know that assistance is just a click away. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with my experience using Ecomposer. It has undoubtedly made running my online store more efficient, and I look forward to seeing how it evolves in the future.

It was easy to build a page from scratch using EComposer. The features are rich and the customer support is top notch, especially from Anna! Highly recommend EComposer!

Impressed by how easy it was to create a lead generator for my free ebook inside the Shopify store experience. Jimmy from support was quick to help with a question I had. The free plan was enough to get me started (and hooked).

Editing was made so much easier! Not a coder at all and was able to figure it out with the support of Jade. It may seem a little complicated at first but she helped me in the chat and showed me step by step pictures in the matter of seconds! Highly Recommend the app! And the support was top notch

Olivia on ecomposer is AMAZING! She helped me with so many questions I had and she even took the time to share pictures on how to navigate things on my end. all questions were questioned so quickly!
