Great functionality and really helpful, fast support team!
Our experience with Ecomposer was completely elevated thanks to Andrew from the support team. Thought I had found a godsend as I believe shopify's standard website editing tools to be pretty clunky and boring. Unfortunately after a few days of use the edits i made on the app were not reflecting on the published web page. I reached out to customer support for help, and was told the problem had been fixed. The problem had most definitely not been fixed, which i relayed back to the customer support agent i was dealing with. This happened three more times. Finally i got an email back that had fixed my problem. Guess how. They deleted half of the contents of my page which i had spent hours adding. Voila! That'll do it! Absolutely criminal that these people are paid to work in the CS industry

But it seems that the conversation was not smooth and our staff did not really understand your question right. I have to say sorry about that! Related to your concerns, I want to clarify somethings here a bit: The height of the section completely depends on the height of the content inside, to reduce the height of the section, we need to arrange and optimize the content inside. soooooo good for shopify！ Very good app and their support team @Anna is very professional! I mentioned an issue with link insertion for scrolling announcements and their support team and development team helped me solve it in less than a day to build my site better, I'm really lucky to use this app and I hope this app will become more and more popular!

Support-Organisation: Der Support muss dringend besser organisiert werden. Derzeit herrscht Chaos, was die Lösung von Problemen erschwert. 2. Website-Leistung: Der Builder hat die Leistung unserer Website massiv beeinträchtigt. Selbst ein professionelles Performance-Update hat die Gesamtleistung nur minimal verbessert. 3. Preisgestaltung des Pro-Plans: Der Pro-Plan ist im Vergleich zu den gebotenen Leistungen überteuert. Es ist unfair, dass man diesen Plan kaufen muss, um vollständige Übersetzungen inklusive Bilder und anderen Visuals zu erhalten. 4. Reaktion auf Feedback: Obwohl ich im Vorfeld nach einem angepassten Angebot gefragt hatte, wurde mir dieses erst nach einer schlechten, aber ehrlichen Bewertung angeboten. 5. Stabilität der App: Die App stürzt immer wieder ab, was die Nutzung sehr frustrierend macht. Positive Aspekte: 1. Designmöglichkeiten: Es gibt viele Designmöglichkeiten, die eine hohe Freiheit bei der Gestaltung der Website bieten. 2. Drittanbieter-Embeds: Diese Funktion ist sehr hilfreich und erweitert die Möglichkeiten der Website-Gestaltung erheblich. 3. Support-Antwortzeiten: Der Support antwortet schnell, was zumindest bei akuten Problemen hilfreich ist. Zusammengefasst bietet EComposer einige nützliche Funktionen und Designfreiheiten, jedoch muss insbesondere die Leistung, Stabilität und Support-Organisation dringend verbessert werden. This app is super simple to use and allows you to do some pretty special things with your site. The support is also really helpful. I spoke to Andy who helped me with ease by sharing a video of where i was going wrong. All and all a great experience.
Not recommended. Makes the page very slow to load, which is not optimal for SEO. When I was about to remove the app, the page broke so that support had to spend a few hours fixing it. :(

I truly apologise for your experience with our app. Regarding the speed of your pages, you may use heavy elements such as image sliders, and when a page has many heady elements, it can result in slower loading. But now worries, this can totally be an alternative solution. Second, regarding the restore homepage issue, it cannot be restored to your default home since you deleted the backup version and duplicated your theme. So far the app is great and the customer service by Anna was amazing. She was able to quickly get my current blog posts converted over to the new format. There was also a coding issue with one of my previous posts and she was able to identify it within minutes and fix it for me. Excellent customer service!
