I expected the communication to be just formal and not real, but Olivia helped me and solved a problem for me. I spent more than two hours without a solution, and just communicating with her had the solution in less than a minute, with excellent results. I had an amazing time using Ecomposser Page Builder for my Shopify store! The app is so user-friendly that building beautiful pages became a fun task. Great app that has expanded the styling and functionality of my current theme, which is already full-featured on its own. EComposer allows for a more nuanced page design and works well alongside my Gecko 6 theme. I love that there's a free version up to 3 templates, and the support team has always been thorough and helpful when I have questions (Anna helped today!).

Great app to build your website exactly how you want it! The options and features are limitless and gives you the option to fully custom all areas of the website. Also incredible staff and customer service! They've helped with every question we've had throughout the process! Definitely recommend :)

I've spent under 24 hours so far on the free plan and the support via online chat has been incredible. It's not obvious how much nudging and tweaking is required to get a 3rd party landing page friom any app to match styling on an existing site. The kind, patient, and expert support from Mia and Susan was essential to a successful outcome. We look forward to using this product ongoing and will be purchasing the paid version.
