I tried a lot of page builder. But EComposer was clearly the best. Well designed, efficient, with a good logic. And the support so far is very good, polite and efficient. I talked with Mia, and she was a very good interlocutor. I severly recommand this app !

The folks behind the chat help for troubleshooting are incredible! Have been diligently correcting issues with certain elements I had & guiding me to further tutorials for adding more features. BIG thank you to: Elise, Jennie, Mia, Caroline & Anna

I love the app! The number of different options and templates that you have is amazing. Their customer service is also very efficient. Elise has been a great help with all my questions. Highly recommended.

Ecomposer is the best tool for building a Shopify store. It gives you a lot of options for precise customisation of many elements. The free plan allows you to build a custom home, product and collection page which is everything you need when starting. Anytime I have an issue I can contact the support and they swiftly resolve any issues. Compared to other page builders i have used this is easily the best. 10/12/24 ---- UPDATE Still a very solid app, support are very helpful I am finally upgrading to the paid version and they never push for you to do it. A very respectable company.

EComposer and their support team have truly exceeded my expectations! I mistakenly saved one of my website pages as the homepage, but the EComposer team—especially Anna, Olivia, and Mia—went above and beyond to help. They provided clear guidance and even personalized videos to fix the issue. Their support was quick, proactive, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth. EComposer is a powerful app, but the outstanding support team makes it truly exceptional. I’m beyond grateful for their assistance and couldn’t recommend them more!

Caroline from support team is exceptionally helpful and always to the point and resolve my issue or concerns. great app to use to build page designs without coding, if you need coding support team is always there to help as well.

Love this app so far, but what I really, really appreciate is the technical support feature! You just click on the text button that's at the bottom of the page, 24/7, and someone is there to help you when you need it. I'm a novice at web building and the help Jade gave me was so to the point and just what I needed. Instead of spending hours trying to figure out one thing, lol, she told me right what to do and I moved on within 10 minutes! To me, that is what makes this app great!

The app has been great for building my first side and the customer service is very good. Had one issue and Susan gave me a quick and simple reply to deal with my issue within minutes.

Le service client est très réactif et Elise a su m'assister avec beaucoup d'attention. J'aurais toutefois aimé que les polices téléchargées soient incluses dans le forfait gratuit mais sinon, je recommande !
