We needed to customize an existing blog, which initially seemed time-consuming because it required a very specific section design. Olivia took on our project and did an excellent job creating a custom section design that matched our needs perfectly. So far so good. I've used the app for a couple of simple landing pages and it was pretty quick to set up and go live. I am not going deeper and using it for my whole website rebuild , sections, templates, everything, so i'll give an update in a few weeks depending on how good it all ends up being. One thing off the bat, the support is good. Live chat couldn't figure out what was going on, then Andy jumped in to help me with an issue I was having and resolved it in a few mins.

Much more customization options than with the standard shopify builder. Very easy to work with. The customer support is outstanding. Unbelievable fast and 24/7. Actually, it's not fast, but instant. Had a few times contact with the customer support. Last time with Mia. Just astonishing!

I hesitated of using Ecomposer because i have never used it as a designer. It's different than my previous application, so I was very frustrated at first. I did felt like cancelling my subscription. However, when I contacted support for helping out with the design, they responded very fast. They taught me with patience. They are very efficient in responding my question. That's why I am sticking with it. Very good customer support and user experience. The app still have some flaws, but it's very easy to use after a while. I did try other page buidling apps, I do have to say this is one of the easiest.
