Not only did Andy address my concerns with the utmost professionalism, he went above and beyond by providing specific CSS code to solve my issue. Very bad product and poor assistance crunch my chrome 5 times they ask acces to account and they don t investigate only ask to clear cach dont satisfy. and i deletete it

I had questions about the App and Anna answered really quickly explaining me all the steps to my problem and even sent me screenshot so I can easily find a solution to my problem! I can now use the EComposer App without any doubt.

I switched back to Shopify from WordPress because the customer service on WordPress just wasn't cutting it for me. I needed Shopify to match up with features like landing pages, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that their apps have improved a lot since I last used them. EComposer has been the standout for me. It's like having a helpful teammate who knows exactly what I need and how to get it done. Without their quick and efficient responses, I'd probably still be figuring things out on my own. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

i love this app but sometimes the pictures disappear on my site and i have to go into the app to reselect the photo and publish it again for the photos to appear on my site and its really annoying i wish i could get the photos to stay

I have been using the EComposer APP for 4 months, and the ecomposer APP is so powerful that I can basically meet all my web design needs in one app. The service was excellent, especially EComposer expert Jennie, who helped me with a lot of questions. She was patient enough to help me solve my problems. It is much better than other previous apps of the same type, especially the service. It's really great.

Highly intuitive, vast array of functionality. I don't think migrating my client's website over and re-launching it in under a week would have been possible without Ecomposer. Support was terrific as well! Excellent experience.
