Great app! We’ve been using EcoReturns for the past 4 months to manage returns and exchanges, and the process has become significantly smoother and more efficient. The customer support team is also incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Worst approach to customers I've ever experienced. I spent months integrating EcoReturns into our carrier; they always promised everything, but it never happened. Additionally, their support is not responding to messages in their own chat!
