Cleverific has been a huge help for our team! It’s reduced so much of the manual work we used to do, and the dashboard is simple, clear, and easy to navigate. Cleverific has been a game changer for our ecommerce business. Address changes were the number one customer service request we were fielding on a daily basis, often causing frustrations when our orders shipped out faster than the address changes could be communicated. Adding a 15 minute hold to our order processing to allow for customers to adjust addresses themselves has already cut down on the number of requests we're recieving in just a few weeks of having the app installed on our website. I couldn't recommend this app enough!

Not only do they do excellent work, but they’re also incredibly easy to work with. Wonderful app that opens up more editing options than the Shopify standard editing! We work a lot with line item properties and it's great to have a way to edit those on an order. It's also a great way to change an order from Local Pickup to Shipping, if a customer changes their mind. The customer service is also great. They recently added a requested feature to prevent using the Advanced Mode on Managed Markets orders (short version - not a good idea to use it on those). That will undoubtedly save us, and probably some other merchants, from future headaches.
