We're using this app for years and we're very happy with it. When we havea problem, the customer service answer quickly and give a good solution directly. We recommend this app to edit order in Shopify.

Cleverific is the best order editing app we have found for reliability, functionality and customization. We just haven't found anyone that can beat them! The team keeps the app running and they add new features that help the editing process go smoother than ever. If there is an issue, they can fix it quickly which is very important to us. If you need an app that let customers edit their orders automatically then this is the app!

This app is good. We sometimes use it to duplicate orders because Shopify locks many aspects of the orders depending on their status, so this lets us kind of get around that problem. You can also use it to work with bundles of products more easily (expanding a single product into a group of products automatically) and it has automation aspects that you can use in Shopify Flow. Also, their support and product development folks were very helpful when we were requesting a new feature -- they got the feature set up for us and we were able to use it not long after that.

Their customer support team is fantastic! When I needed assistance, Laura was quick to respond and kept following up until I had what I needed.

Some of the best support I've received from any company. When I started using Cleverific, I thought it was alright. It gave us the order editing needs that Shopify didn't have natively. But then one day Cleverific's support team reached out to me and asked if I wanted to chat, and I'm so glad I did. I was only using a fraction of what Cleverific had to offer! With their help, I was able to get their customer portal installed on our site, and it's a game changer. (Our own customer support team says this is the most helpful thing we've done for them since we started using Shopify.) Cleverific's support team continues to reach out and check in regularly, and together we're making things even better for our customers. If you don't want to go alone, go with Cleverific.

1st top notch support, fast turn around when you need it, but guess what, most of the time you do not even need to reach out to support because it just works :) I have been using Cleverific Order Editor for the past 5 years and its addressing Shopify Native Edit missing features like editing shipping fees, taxes, and much more. We are able to provide faster turn-around to our customers when changes needed to be done to their orders. Highly recomemnded :)

Even though they were unable to resolve my issue due to a compatibility issue beyond Order Edit's control I found Laura very helpful and easy to work with. Keep up the good work!

This has allowed us resolve a number of order tracking and outgoing inventory issues. The only frustration is that Shopify doesn't allow for the original order to have shipping changed without recreating the order. Customer Service did a great job of explaining the workaround but I hope shopify allows for better integration for B2B sites.

Cleverific team is so good at handling customers. They've been very helpful to us on every question that we have. It is nice to have this app for editing orders. Kudos to Laura and her team for doing a great job and having a wonderful app!

Functions are exactly what we need, but what's impressive is their customer service - they actually follow up with your enquiries! I mean, real follow ups, like they follow through till you respond further and the issue dealt with.

What a fantastic App! I found them initially after I had an order that I needed to edit, and Edit Order was exactly what I needed. I found the App very straightforward and an asset for my business! Thanks so much!!!

Saves time. Time = money. Good deal. I mainly use edit order to pull abandoned carts and create usable orders out them in a few clicks. Previously we would have to manually type up abandoned carts into a separate order. Edit order has saved us a ton of time by this feature alone.

I don't know what we would do without this app. It solved so many problems relating to editing orders and it couldn't be easier or more comprehensive. I highly recommend it.
