We use Edit Order in a bunch of ways to help our customers with order changes. Shopify's built-in Edit Order solution is great but very limited. This fills in the gaps in a lot of cases by allowing us to use discounts edited orders, and make adjustments that the Shopify editor just don't allow for. Would highly recommend.

We use Edit Order by Cleverific and absolutely love it. It makes making changes to orders simple and works perfectly with Shopify! We love it and rely on it on a daily basis! Also, their Support Personnel are awesome!

This is a great app, with powerful functionality. If you're like us and run a subscription service, then your orders will likely come in containing virtual products (the subscription). Edit Order allows us to edit these virtual items and replace them with real ones. It also allows us to create replacements, exchanges, and more. In addition to a great product, their team is tight-knit and passionate, always there to help when needed. Highly recommended!

I will start with the obvious, you should not need this app. Shopify should have real edit order capabilities, but they do not. Now that we have that out of the way, I can say that this is a great app and the team behind it is also great. Is it perfect... no. But you can raise issues and they listen, and when they can will work on it. Some limitations exist because of Shopify, and I do not fault them for that. As others mention, this will impact your reporting, so I recommend that you invest in building out your own reporting database. If you have a sizable business, you should be doing this anyway because Shopify won't meet your needs regardless. Things that I would like to see... the ability to manage partial payments including partial payment requests, better wholesale/tiered pricing functionality, better linking between payment transactions and actual orders.

I use Cleverific frequently to create draft orders through Shopify through the back end for customers. Their application makes processing manual orders saves time and is easy to use. Their tech support has been incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this application to anyone in need!

We use this to fine tune the way we collect payment from customers (deposit now, final payment later). Much easier than Shopify's base model editing and many functions to individualize order entry fields and discounts. When issues arise, customer service is always very prompt in resolution.

This is a great app for editing orders. Has additional note fields that aren't offered with Shopify's Edit Order which is nice to have! Customer service is helpful as well.

This app is really essential with any Shopify instance. It provides functionality that Shopify should have had all along, allowing you to Edit an order, removing or adding items, or just swapping variants. Any issue we've run into has been resolved quickly by their support team, and they really take into account what users are requesting when adding new features. Even when Shopify adds editing ability, we'll likely still use this app, as they've got the experience with what customers need, and are always extremely helpful. I've never waited more than a day before hearing from their support team, and they know their product! No first tier support to get through that gives useless suggestions like most apps. I'd recommend this app to anyone and everyone using Shopify!

We use this app on a daily basis. It is wonderful for editing and creating custom tickets. Since it simply adds a letter to the existing tickets and deletes the old ticket- the management of open orders is very clean and easy to keep up with. Defiantly worth the price. We could not manage without it!

We've been using Edit order for about 4 months and have only great things to say about both the app and their customer support. Edit Order has been instrumental in helping us resolve operational challenges we were facing with various types of orders. Being able to edit and re-save has been unbelievably helpful. We did experience a couple of small issues with the app, and Edit Orders team was responsive to fix them in a timely manner. In one case, (some incorrect taxation on our non-taxable items), Edit Order reviewed and pushed out a change to resolve this issue. Too often apps say they'll get around to a fix but it takes ages to see it happen. In the second case, Edit Order lobbied another company on our behalf to resolve a discrepancy with how they were handling the data. All in all, extremely impressed by their customer support - thank you Josh, Andrew & Tu!

Total game changer. I have been looking for a way to split orders in Shopify for a long time and have finally found it. Josh and the team have made it super easy and user friendly to add and remove items from orders and split orders up. Their customer service is also the best I've experienced in Shopify app land. Highly recommended!

The app is an absolute necessity for any Shopify business. Well designed, great functionality and I'd definitely recommend upgrading to their "premium" service. Not only are the staff great to work with and quick to reply to any issues, they are also willing to go above and beyond for their customers, even customizing the app to meet your needs. Edit Order is a must have app for Shopify. The inability to make changes to orders in shopify has long been a pet peeve of mine. Finally the frustration is gone. Also one of the best most responsive support teams I've ever encountered. Josh consistently provides answers and assistance quickly and with an impressive "can do" positive attitude. Edit Order is worth every penny.
