A must have! I´ve been struggling with bots and tested a couple of apps before trying this one. My email was full of spam, my email service too, and had a lot of new spam accounts created daily. Skip the headache and go for this app. As soon as i installed it I reached for help and Felix from support had everything up and running in my store in a couple of minutes. He was really helpful and saved me a lot of time. Also its really great that they have an chat support that answers immediately. (The 2 apps I tested before never answered to my customer support tickets) Thanks!!

At first we liked this app because the interface is very user friendly but after the free trial the app which is just their website wouldn't work to let us upgrade the account. Now we can't even log into the website at all. There's just an endlessly spinning wheel and it never even loads.

This app was very confusing to use granted we were on the free version but I couldn't tell what exactly it was blocking. It would just show a count without any details. Maybe we were using it wrong but it was definitely not intuitive by any means.

I have used this app for a few years now and have only had 1 problem but it was due to an update, that I hadn't performed. I contacted their support team and they were on it right away. They corresponded with me and took care of everything. That doesn't happen these days so, Yes, I am very happy with this APP and Felix who was my contact.

They've been very responsive and helpful. The email form of communication takes a bit longer than chat support, but feels personal. They offer helpful suggestions.

Excellent customer service! Julius recently updated the app for my website, and I've been using it for over a year now with great success. Julius is incredibly kind and always available to answer questions and provide explanations. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately the bot accounts have not lessened at all. Still hundreds a day. I was advised that if they have cachied my URLs there is nothing they can do. Which defeats the purpose of installing the app at all. Disappointed.

Does not protect against bot. Just download this and bot keep comming in and creating new account. Also it now rederect my self to google directly can't imagine how many client I lost while this was installed. This app start rederting me after I download an other app for spam bot. Not sure if this some how cause the problem.

i just downloaded the app. smoothly installed it. i had a doubt and their customer service has been quick and precise. no need to do anything to get the result done. spam mail stopped right away. perfect!

We downloaded this app last week to try and fix an issue we've been having with fake spam accounts being created on our website. I has not helped at all. It doesn't even seem to be picking up all all of the accounts being created since it says that there is a total of 2 created total despite the fact that we just had another 20 fake accounts pop up all at once. I will take down this review if they help me solve the issue, but so far this app feels like a waste of time and energy.

We installed this app because we had a 'bot' attack, it was making thousands of customer accounts each day and putting fraudulent orders through. We tried many apps but this was the only one that could help. We reached out for support and they helped immediately. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Julius.

suddenly the app is flagging all my orders while i didnt change anything in the settings and asking for crazy extra charge money like 100 usd so far this month ! are they crazy ????

I have been using Shop Protector for awhile now and they have been wonderful any time I have questions or need help in any way. This APP truly helps stop unwanted spam and threats. Highly recommend
