I was having an issue getting this app to work on my website. Nona was great she was fast with responses and issued resolved in mins. It works great recommend this app.

Awesome! Works great, just what we needed for our business. Had a small problem, the widget was not visible on the product page. Had to contact the customer support and they solved the issue in a couple of minutes and were really nice. Great customer support experience. Thanks!

Really bad experience! An error in the app meant that items that are not tracked in Shopify also showed as out of stock, which we did not discover for a week and subsequently lost a lot of sales! After contacting their support departement, the issue has still not been fixed even days later! The app has now been deleted and replaced with another alternative.

We checked the problem and our button needs to track the inventory to determine whether the product is on sale, but the product does not track the inventory, and our database obtains that the inventory of the product is all negative, so it is judged to be out of stock. I know your opinions and feedback are valid, but please know that we are doing our best to give you a better experience with the app and to help you earn more sales. 3 star: because the app in it selfs works good, easy to set up, quick to make it work except: they advertise that it supports multiple languages. To a degree it seems to do so, but still the button: 'Notify me when back in stock' which hides the button add to cart when out of stock, this button does not translate in all the languages I have on the site. Probably we do not use the published languages inside the admin of shopify. Support team seems to be not very knowledgeable in this field. So I advice: Use it only for 1 language then it works fine.

This app makes it so simple to update customers when items are back in stock, which is exactly what I needed. Claire was also very helpful and responsive when I had some questions about how certain aspects work. She even took the initiative to remind me that I could remove the app's branding now that I'm on a paid plan, and then handled that update for me. Would definitely recommend!
