This app has taken a lot of the manual work out of notifying customers of restocked items and is such an improvement from our old system! Also, the customer support is superb. They were prompt and very helpful in responding to our questions and queries.
So far so good and customer service was so helpful! She even did more than what I asked with very helpful suggestions.
Although my issue wasn't solved, the customer service is fantastic. I would love to have the option of being able to have the app work even though pre-orders are enabled. Unfortunately with this app, it cannot be done.
