We are very happy with this app. It is a very user-friendly app that has many different options for customization (which usually isn't a common combination). We have several different shipping methods, a physical store, different opening hours during the year, etc. A lot that needs to be changed and customized in other words, but it still works great. Was recently in contact with their support and received great help in just one hour.

This is a good way to change the default look and feel of the Shopify notifications. Nice designs and relatively easy to use. It would be great to be able to add meta field includes without having to add them in a separate editor during the copy and pasting.

Easy to use, my mother could run it. You can customize your emails pretty much anyway you want. No issues whatsoever. Had to contact support for extra custom question and got quick and warm answers straight away.
