Orderly Emails ‑ Templates App

I used this app to help me respond properly and appropriately to my customers. It is so neat, it helped to improve our credibility. EXCELLENT!

I have been using OrderlyEmails since pretty much the beginning of my store and am super happy with it. Plus, the support is great. Had to recently change a few things that I couldn't by myself and within 24 hours everything was sorted between me, Shopify, the FORSBERG+two team. Love it!

the app has been very easy to use and useful. i do wish they had a lower cost plan to optimize a smaller number of emails. out of 26-28 shopify notifications, we needed to optimize about 10-12 only. i hope the team supports us if we have any issues (none so far)

I never leave reviews, but this app is amazing. Gets your emails looking super professional in little to no time at all with minimal effort! Really really easy and they look perfect. Would be nice if you could add 'you may also like / recommended products' into the blank email template.

I rarely write reviews for the apps that I use on my website. I make exceptions when the app goes above & beyond what I expected, and this certainly takes the biscuit! I'm really happy that there is no subscription based model, when it easily could have been. The one off payment for emails is spectacular, and a breath of fresh air in a world of Subscriptions / "Pay Per X Customers". The quality does not stop there, the email editor is extremely handy & easy to use, which made making emails a breeze. Finally, installing the code is so easy, it's been made a piece of cake by the step by step instructions. I really thought installation would be the hardest part of overhauling my new emails but it wasn't at all! I can really recommend this app, I'll be using it for the foreseeable future! I was looking for better-designed forms to match my site and OrderlyEmail wired perfectly. Very easy to customise, and setup. Very happy. One of Fee, no monthly ongoing charge. Can edit and re-customize anytime. The only painful thing was pasting the code into all the individual templates.

This is a more than great app! I am very happy that I found it. Fair price for all we get! It's very very easy to set up. The Magic Designer feature imports all styles used on the website (logo, fonts, colors, etc.) so we don't need to waste time setting this up. I wonder if the developer will also sell templates for the new Shopify Marketing emails - that would be awesome! Thanks for your great job! :)

Templates are great, we really pushed the boundaries on what you can do with designing them and making them your own but Orderly makes it so easy to do just that. The app is super simple, I've actually barely touched it since setup, only to adjust any minor things and updates if they ever pop up but when doing so, that's also a breeze. Just reviewing now as we've transferred the app over to our US site and had a couple issues doing that initially, reached out to support and they were great, figured the issue in minutes and all sorted now. Not at all worth dropping a star but, in a situation like that where there's two stores running an identical theme, it might be nice to get a discount on the re-purchase of the theme. I totally understand and love to support an app this great however, it just seems a bit frivolous paying twice for the same product - a small discount there would likely work well with expansion! Awesome app though, highly recommend!

Whilst this app may seem expensive to some, its actually great value. You get all the templates, great design and most importantly a great template editor to manage them on an ongoing basis. Great support on a few issues with Shopify introducing the store pick up feature which we like - thx.

Super fast setup, customizing took me about 10 minutes! It would be great if you could ad a template for digital downloads by Shopify so I could customize this E-Mail as well. Any ideas on how to do that? Keep up the great work!

I just love it. A wonderful extension to our store which really upgrades user experience. It is a must have for a great store.
