What an excellent app to give our customer service emails a professional edge. It was a cinch to install, come packed with incredible features and not a single line of code was required to get it up and running. The in-app support message service was a nice touch - I got a complimentary modification to the app within 24 hrs which saved me a heap of time. You'd be crazy not to download this app. It's the best money you'll ever spend. Thanks again, guys.

This is a fantastic app that saved us hours of time. We also use the Order Printer Templates for our shipping invoices/packing lists.

Great app and great support. Bjorn quickly added Houzz and LinkedIn to the social media icons when requested. Love the look of our new emails.

Fantastic app! It couldn't be easier to install and customize. Now when someone opens an email from me, it's branded and totally obvious that it's from my business. I also use (and love) Order Printer Templates from the same company.

This is my second purchase from Bjorn and it won't be the last - I hope he keeps on making apps that just WORK and do what they say - right out of the box!! This application makes emails look good, and say what you want, and is a snap to use - even a non-tech like me. It's flawless. Thanks! Diane

Thanks! Only just installed on http://tugboatbrews.co.uk/ , not even had a chance to purchase but of course I will. Fantastic app, started by reading a page then uploaded what it thought I'd like and now I can customize to my hearts content. Easy, very, very good designs, far better than I hoped. It's really good when an app exceeds expectations and I would recommend this to everyone.

Finally! Exactly what I was hoping someone would make for Shopify notifications! Easy to edit and easy to install. And customer support is great! Two thumbs up! :)

Really nice app, we bought this after buying the Orderly Invoice package with is also great! This app has professionalised all our mail send outs to customers and saved us having to hire a shopify expert to change what we needed to. Highly recommended, great job guys!

Great email layouts, it really looks much more professional my emails now, it really worth it. I also have the other app they made and they are great as well. The only putty is that Shopify don't allow html emails on abandoned orders cart on basic subscription, but that is a Shopify issue. For this app instead really valid.

We had some pretty good custom transactional emails previously, however, OrderlyEmails just makes everything easier, faster and we can easily apply our chosen Google fonts - woop! We've had a small cosmetic issue but Bjorn has been really helpful in ironing it out. This is a high-standard app and worth the investment if you care about clarity, design and customer experience.

The emails are very clean & sharp, professional looking, with all the customizing options you could possibly need. You can add a campaign banner at the bottom to promote current sales, coupons etc. There are even useful tips in the customization process that help you match the emails to your website’s design, very thoughtful ! You can definitely feel the editor was built with shop owners’ needs in mind. I also appreciated the option to send a test email to myself before I purchased.

We run over 10 apps on our store and this is the best customer service I have ever received. I made a suggestion and Bjorn updated the entire app within hours. The designs are responsive and perfect on mobile. Simple and clean. The PDF invoice download link for customers is amazing. Don't even waste your time with other templates. Hands down, Orderly Emails is the best service, price and functional design.
