Good app and I like the one-time payment. Easy to customize and many things span all the email templates so you only have to set it up once.

Easy to use! Did exactly what we wanted quickly and was easy to implement. Did have to tweak the code slightly for some templates but overall perfect for creating professional, consistent looking email notifications for customers.

I highly recommend this app for anyone that cares about high quality brand perception. Great customization options, very user friendly, and great support!

As a UX Designer, this app exceeded my expectations. They really thought of everything to make set up quick and easy. $49 is an amazing deal for something that would cost at least 10x more to have done by a developer and probably look half as good. If you care about your customer's experience, get this app.

Amazing - these templates were PERFECT, so easy to use and install into your store. the company make it SO EASY. Cant beat $49 either.

A nice upgrade from the regular Shopify email templates. Plenty of design options available, with Copenhagen to be our favourite.

Its a nice little APP that adds some easily customizable design behind any emailed info your company needs to send. Invoices, Drafts, Shipping Update Emails... Etc... Well worth it ! A +++

Great looking designs and easy to use email templates. Excellent customer service, they were extremely helpful when I wanted to be able to add in code for digital downloads. Would 100% recommend!

The layouts are beautiful, clean and clear, while the app is super flexible and let's you design your email notifications pretty much as you please. The customer service from Bjorn is first rate as well.

Easy to use, the template was fabulous and the customer support was excellent. Very happy with this purchase and love the fact it is a one off fee rather than monthly. Will definitely use these guys again without hesitation.

Update 07/04/2026 You need to read this complete review The app developers have gone quiet with no support for the disaster they have caused for hundreds, maybe thousands of stores. Not even a follow up email to see if we were able to get things back online. What a disgraceful developer! If you want an app that is produced by AI and has no dev skills from humans then this is the one to kill your entire business over night. This is the reply we have received asking for help - Thank you for your reply, and I'm very sorry for the impact this has had on your business. We completely understand your point, especially when rebuilding requires time and external developer support. We know this has created a real burden for many merchants. However, regarding assistance with costs, we are currently unable to discuss any compensation. I am deeply sorry for the underwhelming answer. We wish we could provide you with a better response right now. Thank you for understanding. Luisa FORSBERG+two Minus 10 stars as the app has totally destroyed our store by deleting collections, catergories mega menu and products .. Shopify did an audit trail and found this app deleted things Also can not contact Orderly for any help! Will be deleting this app today as it is not safe to use To make this situation worse, the company Forsberg did not and have not communicated with any of their clients until we conntacted them. They have offered no help except for saying that we are responsible to correct the missig collections and menus. Its been 3 days now and still no solutions offered. We have lost all the custom development we had and the SEO has been impacted by severely as we have 404 status showing on many collections with google, Bing, Yahoo plus Facebook and Instagram This issue and lack of support has cost us thousands of dollars in time, lost sales over 2 days and developer costs. There has to be compensation offered by Forsberg!!

Fantastic app, incredibly easy to use and the breadth of themes allowed us to select a template that felt "on brand". The customer service is also outstanding and responsive. We have two shops and use it for both. highly recommended.
