This is a wonderful app. We just removed Receiptful and Spently which are not as presentable. This app is easy to install and setup. Good work

Amazing must have app! So easy to create your emails and ties in your branding with your online store. Communication from app developer couldn't be better! You will not be disappointed.

I love it! I'm new to Shopify and didn't realize you had to customize the emails (if you want them to look professional!). This app made it really easy, and I did try another one first that wasn't as clean looking. Love that it is a one-time fee. I was able to customize it exactly how I wanted, including the right font to match my site.

Very nice layouts ! the only thing i wish that it had is an auto update when i change (edit ) something so i would not have to re do the html codes . other than that it is great . make sure you have everything the way you want it before pasting the codes . other than that it is great !!!

Already have the Order Printer template so thought we will try this out. Well worth the effort. Same as the last time, Bjorn was of great help and did some modifications on request. We now have the nice templates online at global.amantelingerie.com :) Super easy, convenient and pretty!

Great app. I like the one time charge and the ease of installation. The developer is very attentive which is impressive. You can customize and professionalize all of the notifications in an intuitive way. A couple of small details (eg. reason for a refund) will not be sent to a customer but I believe that this is not an issue of the developer but another Shopify shortcoming. Otherwise, this is a beautiful, wonderful app with great support. Well done!

Have used this app for over 10 years. Have recommended it to multiple other store owners. It's been great until now (March 2026) when we get notified (2 days after it's happened!!!) that the app has deleted multiple product collections and multiple menu navigation links across the store. What the hell an email template app is doing making such major changes to non-email related parts of our store is beyond us. Totally unacceptable.

As the others have mentioned, this is a great app. We were up and running in 10 minutes. The email template looks great and the service from Bjorn has been fantastic. The transactional emails from Shopify look terrible. If you don't know HTML and you want a solution that looks great and just works right out of the box, Orderly is the one.

It’s simple: If you have a Shopify store, you want this app. Really. Shopify’s transactional emails are spartan. If you want to look pro, you need to spice them up a bit. There are several apps that do this, but none—and I’ve installed and tried them all—do it as simply and cleanly as OrderlyEmails. The proof is in the pudding: I spent many, many hours working up designs using those other popular Shopify apps, the ones that have gazillions of positive reviews. And yet the email design I got after 10 minutes of fiddling with OrderlyEmails was substantially better than all of them. I really cannot overstate the bang for the buck that this app gives you. The fact that you'll be up and running in minutes is only icing on the cake for any busy store owner. And the best part? You don’t have to buy anything until you’ve created the design. I wish all developers would take this approach.
