Just started using this to build out forms and came across an issue I could not resolve. Tech responded right away through chat and helped me resolve the issue - top tip, when adding options, do not use the enter key on your number pad :) So far very easy to use!

App is very simple to use. I just needed to add an extra form. Within minutes it was done. Easy as pie. Implementing it also seems very easy but I opted for a bit of help which was also done in literally less than two minutes. Thanks guys for making life easy.

Really great support!! Key points that make this app great: * Ability to send email depending on option selected in dropdown (i.e. if you have a lot of branches you can allow the customer to choose the closest branch and the email will go straight to the relevant branch) * html embedded (rather than an iframe). This loads quicker than an iframe AND easier to manage any javascript/jquery you might within your form (like it did) * and again, the support was great! Thanks!

The chat support feature great. When I had an issue and question about the form - I was able to quickly speak to someone from their team. It is a very easy app to use! I am able to create a form and make edits quickly. Harmish and Chirag were very helpful.

Very happy with the quick customer service, I worked with Chirag Patel and he helped me get the formatting correct. The form customization is very good, with logic flows too. I only had trouble because the form stretched across the full width and I wanted it to match the rest of my website that wasn't full width. Chirag was quick and efficient to resolve this!

These forms work great! Highly customizable, clean, and responsive. When I needed help setting up the forms, their support team replied lightning-fast via online chat and helped solve a massive task within minutes ( That was honestly amazing!) I would like to give kudos to Chirag Patel for being friendly, patient, and super-helpful. We have tried many other forms with more reviews and users but none of them had the same functionality or the same level of customer support. Absolutely amazing! Thank you, team!

I have been looking for an app that will allow me to add data validation. And this app is perfect! it has all the flexibility I need. Their customer service is top! Never made me wait for an hour to get a response.

We used this app. But then we realized it redirects users to malware / virus sites. it was hard to notice as it only happens once per device. DO NOT USE THIS APP

Looks very clean. But works not enough for me. Placeholders cannot save any text. Type areas also cannot save any changes. Required check box as the same. I'm so disappointed in this APP. Hope it will be change better in the future.
