I have been with emotive when they first started out. I was not familiar with text marketing and wasn't sure how effective it would be, but for the price I was willing to try out and I've been with them for over a year so I am glad I went with them. Communication with them has always been prompt and reliable. My favorite aspect is they send me ideas of what I should send as texts to customers so I'm not left wondering what would be a good thing to send out. I will be sure to use Emotive with every business I start.

I would definitely recommend Emotive. We find it a useful tool and we're very happy that we work with Emotive. Our CSM is the BEST. She's literally the best CSM we've ever had - across every platform we use. It's easy and user friendly. 10/10

The app works really well. The only downside it that you will need to use 2 platforms (emotive and wisepop) and that can get confusing. The team at emotive is really helpful.

It comes with all the features of SMS marketing needs. With thousands of templates provided, we can easily target customers on every level of the channel. Besides that, it provide a powerful data report help us monitor the performance and optimize the campaign. The only con I can think of is the price. But it will justify itself at last. Onboarding & integration was easy! Broadcast/campaign set-up is also straightforward, and Emotive does a great job at reminding you of key events to surround. 1 star off is for the cost - seems to be pricier than competitors.
