I've used Emotive for about two years and overall it's been a great product that has undoubtedly boosted revenue. They provide marketing helps thanks to an account manager and copywriter which is useful for small businesses who don't want to hire people otherwise. Emotive is also constantly adding new products and making improvements. Overall recommend.

We started using Emotive to communicate directly to our customers, exactly where they are (on their phones). The price is higher than others, however great service & support and a very helpful onboarding process. Additionally their creative team assists in coming up with copy, when we're stuck or slow. Great value!

THEY WILL LOCK YOU INTO AN AUTORENEWING 12 MONTH CONTRACT WITH CONFUSING CANCELATION RULES (The most expensive rate on the market) Go with klaviyo, omnisend, attentive, or a slew of other better priced and more user friendly options Worst experience using a software I've ever had. We had a year long contract with them beginning in January '23 and as December rolled around we decided to start split testing a few different SMS platforms and ended up deciding to stick with Omnisend. I let emotive know and they told me since I didnt give them a 30 day notice prior to our CONVERSION DATE (November 22), which is nowhere in the contract whatsoever that my contract was going to renew for another 12 months automatically. After asking them to work with me for a week they told me im just going to have to continue paying the $3,000 monthly to them until another year rolls around. BEWARE of this shady company

We are still a new user of Emotive, about 2 months in. Onboarding process was great, with a dedicated specialist who guided us through setup and our first broadcast based on best practices. Support after the onboarding period has been responsive. UI could be a bit more intuitive, but it works. Attribution is way too generous in my opinion, but we use other data sources, so not a huge issue. We haven't had a ton of experience with canned responses and "shopping experts" (I believe that's what they call the human team that does basic message triage - one of the main reasons we went with Emotive over other service providers), so I can't comment on that aspect.

SMS made human and easy. This team has a way of being swift, friendly and accommodating. Emotive is always improving its platform/services by listening to the ones that use it on a daily basis. Using Emotive has been both a huge revenue tool and communication tool for us. Sales, delivery follow ups and product launches are just a few of the many ways we have seen success in the use of emotive. No plans on moving away from them any time soon!

We have been with Emotive for a couple of years now and have had a great experience. Their white glove service is exceptional. Michelle is always checking in and making sure we have everything we need and Lindsay is a creative rockstar.
