UPDATE: Following this review, company management (Ertuğrul) reached out and processed a partial refund for the unused service period. While the original service experience was problematic, I acknowledge that they eventually took responsibility and resolved the refund matter professionally. The service wasn't suitable for our needs, but they made the situation right in the end. I purchased a one-year service. Three representatives changed in three months (all of them were inexperienced university students). I decided to terminate the service because it was ineffective. They said I wouldn't have any problems getting a refund, but we haven't been able to get our money back for 5-6 months, even though it's over $1,000. They blame Shopify for the refund. Do not risk losing your money. You will not be able to recover it.

Waste of Money and Waste of Time. I strongly advise against this application, the people based in Turkey who work on this application are not serious, and they have no experience, do not trust their application, the work behind it is very bad.

We shared our expectations of the projects with Mr. Zafer. He convinced us with his presentation and planning. We think we will bring our brand to better places with him.

I prepaid for a year only to have about 2 months of service then they vanished and our store was not performing well at all with their software. The back end setup is not fluid and is cryptic with how it works. Ultimately I gave them a second chance this year, and again had a failure to launch and poor communication. I've tried to get a refund and been promised one for the past 6 weeks with nothing. Don't waste your money.

I have worked with Gorkem for a few months and the results are amazing! This team is so professional and knowledgeable, I feel in very capable hands. My account is very complex and multi-tiered but nothing throws off the team at Enhencer. I highly recommend them.
