Do not waste your time or money on this company. They are full of empty promises and completely failed to deliver. They claimed they could drive results but barely managed a pathetic 1.1x ROAS far from what was promised. They even offered a money-back guarantee, but of course, when I held them to it after giving them 60 days to perform, they outright refused to refund me. Their lack of accountability and poor performance make them completely untrustworthy. Save yourself the headache and find another solution this one is a total scam. Stay far away.

Please don't waste your time or money. We have an ad spend of £100k monthly between meta & google so our account is pretty healthy. ENHENCER promised an uplift in ROAS and also to increase sales by "QUOTE: at least 25%" by week 6. It is week 6 now and I have just cancelled the plan. They had one campaign that was NEVER in the top 3 ROAS of existing campaigns. Their spend was never over £150 per day. Their "AI" is a less good version of META advanced shopping.

I've been using AI Ads for almost a year now and I am really happy. Managing digital ads is the hardest part of e-commerce, because doing it wrong will cost you a lot of money without any returns. This app solved a really big problem for me. Thanks for amazing service and lightning fast support!

It has been more than 4 months since we started working. We have made remarkable progress. They are very interested as a team. Communication channels are always open. Real review, 8-figure ecom store here. In our meeting, Enhencer said they would refund any money pro-rated amount if we weren't happy. They charge yearly through Shopify. We aren't happy after roughly 60 days. Enhencer can get an OK roi with a very low spend of $100 or less a day. We usually spend $100K/month. So, it clearly doesn't match our level of need, nor do we feel it would get there in the next 30 days (90-day period for ramp-up). Per our agreement, we contacted Enhencer and got the run-around and no prorated refund as discussed, just replies that we are wrong, etc.. and so on. Again, if you are a smaller brand and can afford a $4,799/year one-time fee and spend sub $300ish/day, then it is probably a good app for you. If you spend more than $500 a day, it can't get a good ROI in our opinion, from what we saw. We hired a new marketing team that is blowing the Enhencer app out of the water and not even comparable on spend, roas and coa.

I have been using this service for several months now after hiring an agency who was charging me thousands per month. Shortly after setting up my service they assigned Sarper as my account rep. Sarper has shown real interest in helping me grow my brand and has discussed several ideas outside of his job responsibilities which really shows he cares. So far the Enhancer team(Zafer and Sarper) has exceeded my previous agencies results as we continue to work on increasing our ROAS. We parted ways with a Marketing Agency that wasn't able to manage our ads effectively, tried an AI competitor, Otis.ai, and things didn't go very well at all with them. Now we're here and have been quite pleased. Zafer and Sarper hopped on calls immediately and got us up in running easily. Sarper is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and responsive. These guys know what they're doing, and they have an excellent dashboard that makes visibility to metrics and performance very easy. Now our ads are finally running smoothly and we're getting the ROAs needed to start scaling the business. Extremely satisfied, and highly recommend these guys!

Very poor experience. Was told this would increase ROAS and target correct audiences when in fact it was worse than our own campaign just using advantage plus on meta ads. Do not waste your money. Company based in Turkey. Very keen to get you on board but then say it takes months to see results. Avoid and don’t make the same mistake we did. Completely misled by the product and didn’t do anything it said it would.

I’ve been working with Fırat & Zafer and they’ve been incredible. First they set up a call for you and weekly calls. There’s one WhatsApp message away at all times of the day and get on a call that day for you. They are very knowledgeable in google ads and creating them. They put the work in and genuinely care about the customer. It’s been a great experience and looking forward to continuing with them!
