Good so far. The customer service has been great, going above and beyond to ensure that I am setup correctly.
The app works and I have a great account manager looking after the ads allowing me to focus on running my business.
Terrible results, the campaign they setup shoved 30% of the budget into LLA that did nothing while prospecting failed to deliver anything better than 1.5X and their remarketing failed utterly with 0. Overall we lost hundreds of dollars with this App and their customer service is poor, never replying to any of our messages. You are better off using advnatage+ than wasting money on this app. Not seen even a second of profitability, very disapointing given the claims they make. Additionally they have tried to resolve this by telling me I can have a refund if i remove this review which is a terrible way to do customer service and given that i had setup a meeting with Lara to resolve my complaint about their terrible customer service and poor performance shows they don't communicate with each other. I would have removed or updated this review should the meeting with Lara have actually resulted in a solution... instead im back here telling you all that they are a bit rubbish and you might be better of trying somewhere else. They have failed at everything so far. From results to customer care to communication. Don't waste your time!
It’s important to clarify that the campaign ran for only a few days within the 14-day onboarding period, which primarily focuses on setup and initial testing. Upon further inspection, we can clarify that your ad spending was 10% of what we recommended amount as it can be transparently seen in our pricing plan. Therefore, the low budget can drastically cause low ROAS due to high CPM in certain regions. Given the short timeframe and the relatively small budget allocated (unlike the hundreds of dollars you mentioned), achieving substantial results may not always be realistic, especially in performance-driven marketing strategies that typically require longer optimization cycles. We believe, given enough time and a proper amount of budget the scenario could have been substantially different.
Thanks to the enhencer, I doubled my ROAS values and now the campaigns I launch are performing at their maximum. Additionally, we learn a lot from the weekly and monthly meetings we hold.

I am very pleased with the attention and interest. Right after I subscribed, Görkem Bey reached out to me immediately and guided me. He provided information on every topic. They provided support at a one-on-one level. I have been using it for 3-4 weeks in terms of results, click-through rates, and click costs. Had tried many several apps for Facebook ads, but none of them worked for me. Either the app was not performing or their support was not good as we have to chase them even after we pay them. Extremely happy with Enhencer AI Ads, because their app is getting me conversions which is getting better day by day. But more important is their commitment and support. You don't have to chase them to do changes if the sales goes down. Even before you notice the fall in sales, they'll arrange a meeting and will do the necessary changes once we agree. After seeing the Facebook ads performance, I have handed over my Google ads management also to them. Very happy and definitely recommended.

it waste my $422, just get an order, their work is very slowly and useless for me .
It's important to note that the full $442 was not solely allocated to AI Ads, but rather a smaller portion was spent on actual campaign efforts. Given the budget constraints, it may not have been possible to achieve the desired outcomes within such a short time frame and with such a small budget. Additionally, achieving sustainable and noticeable results typically requires an investment of at least $1,000–$2,000 to allow for proper optimization and reach just on the meta ads ecosystem.

I was skeptical at first, but it's definitely the best app ever. I feel very lucky to have met the Enhencer team. The results are incredible. For the first time in 6 years of advertising, I feel like I can reach the right audience with the right assets. It is a learning process and the results are building up day by day. Well I can't say that I would recommend this app anymore. While I still do think the app may be functional for starters who don't know what they are doing, the ethics are disappointing and questionable at best. I decided to do the Facebook ads myself because using this app didn't outperform my results, ROAS 4 and scaling was still an issue. While it was good to have someone to do the ads with me, when I did the math, I thought it would be better to do it myself again. That is when things got sour. The minute I informed Onur of my decision they went in and deleted the audience we had built! Mind you this was after I deleted the app! I was so disappointed but more than that I think it is morally unacceptable. Why would you destroy something we built, something I paid for? Out of spite? Now my ROAS is up to 5, so I am not even mad. Just a warning, if you decided to go with them, remove them from all of your accounts before you delete the app or inform them.
We’d like to clarify a few points regarding your concerns. The 4 ROAS you achieved was based solely on the AI Audience with a 7-day click attribution model. The reported increase to 5 ROAS might be influenced by overlapping attribution settings and overlapping campaign structures, such as combining 7-day click and 1-day view, which can sometimes lead to inflated or duplicated results. Our system is designed to automatically remove any Enhencer AI Ads Audiences upon app uninstallation, following standard platform procedures. Additionally, we want to assure you that we did not manually delete any of your audience data.
Working with Cerena has been wonderful. I have used other ai agencies in the past and usually after onboarding they disappear. Rena has been available on Whatsapp, email and zoom whenever I need help and is daily checking our ads to make sure they are giving the best result. I really appreciate the personal touch. Even though it is an AI app, you get your own consultant who really cares about your results and your business. We are also seeing fantastic results in only a few weeks.

Amazing app, we have Enhencer campaigns in all 14 EU markets and in almost all markets they bring the highest ROAS of all other campaigns both on FB and n GOOGLE. The results are visible very quickly, mostly within a few days, and they continue to improve later.
