The customer service was initially supportive during the installation of this app. However, I encountered significant issues with the sync system despite investing hundreds of hours and ensuring the auto-sync feature was active, but it failed to work effectively. Attempts to communicate through WhatsApp went unanswered, and my interaction with a customer service agent via web chat was abruptly terminated when they disconnected mid-conversation. I am generally reluctant to share negative feedback, but I feel obligated to inform potential new users about my frustrating experience and the considerable amount of time and effort I've wasted.

No one responded to the question and it stopped working after importing 10 products.
Thank you for bringing this to notice. This is a usual process of Bot protection and we mailed you on 22 March and we didn't get any response. We understand you concern and we have immediately reactivated the account. Thanks

A disaster from the time I downloaded it. Don't bother with this one. No answers to my repeated inquiries regarding setup. Vague pop-up window indicating some problem that was nowhere to be found in my profile or settings, inactive buttons to fix the problem leading me off to email or chat with customer service, but no one was home.

They only offer a 3 day free trial. I had a question and could not use the app. They never answered during the free trial, so I had to delete the app. It seems there is a problem with their customer service. Other similar apps I tried answered immediately. UPDATE 5-22-23 For 2 weeks, they have been bothering us with emails and trying to reach us via our chat, which borders on stalking. Enimoh, if you're reading this, we had reasons for canceling your app, and we certainly won't be re-enabling the app. Because of this bad treatment, I am changing my rating from 3 to 2 stars. I will also report this behavior to Shopify.
Update June 3: Tried to reach the the user via email and chat, but no response from your end. Update May 23: Thank you for the review. When we get a review, our app responsible is to fix the issue of the user, so we try our best to get it touch with the store, we are trying to reach you for last 2weeks and we didn't get any reply, and as a extra effort we are trying to reason in our ways like chat etc... Our only responsibility is to help you fix the issue, if you would have replied to the email we would not replied on other source. Thank you for the review, We had not received any emails from you. Our Support is Active 24/7 on email and 24/5 on chat. We are investigating on where we missed you, I am dropping a fresh mail. Don't worry about the trial, we will rest it.... Great app, easy to use and good support from the developer Guys its straightforward if you want to copy all your products from Amazon or if you want to do affiliate marketing, this is best choice

Generally I rarely comment. First off I've used about a dozen or so similar apps, but this one is the one that best fits my needs. It can fully add the products I need and fully implement my requirements. It can add variants in full. Secondly, the customer service staff is also very patient and helped me deal with many problems. Another suggestion is to add points for consumption of goods, and one point for each variant is indeed not enough, hahaha.

I really enjoy using this app. Uploads are easy and customer support is fast. One of my favorite apps.

UPDATE: For the free 100 credit trial option, you have to contact the developer directly. Also, be careful when adding affiliate links for items with multiple variants--EACH VARIANT will cost you ONE CREDIT. This is somewhat problematic with items such as clothing where there are potentially 30+ variants. It would be nice to choose the variants that you want to import. I feel that it is odd to have to import variants at all, particularly if you are just using the affiliate link function. I just started setting it up this morning, so I am just now learning how to use it. So far, functionality of this app is okay. It is a little bit buggy and crashed once. The developer was supportive and promised future improvements. This app does seem like it could be awesome with a few tweaks. I will update this review as I work with it. Thank you for your review. We have mailed you within next 2 hour after we got your support mail. Its been 3 Days we have not got any revert from you. If you read our App description properly. It clearly says "For Free Lifetime Plan" you have to mail us so we activate the plans from our end. Thank you & please do revert us on mail.
