SCAM SERVICE! Auto-sync has never worked even though I've been paying the $19/month plan and customer service takes weeks to respond and when they do, they respond with only one question at a time, resulting in months of back and forth until they completely stop responding, and as soon as you think they've gotten the gist of your issue, you're forced to respond in a new chat and when they finally respond, they start again with the damn one-at-a-time questions. I am requesting a refund for every billing period because I was promised daily auto-sync and 24/7 customer service since the beginning, and I have never received those services. This is a scam service.

Batch import doesn't work! Contacted customer service twice but got no response! Terrible experience! I only received two emails asking me to leave a review, but no help with my issue. Today, I was charged $19, and I'm extremely unhappy with this experience. The app's functionality is poor, and the lack of customer support makes it even worse. Do not recommend!

After I downloaded 10 items it stopped working and asked me to verify my account via the email they sent. Problem is that I never received the email. I reached out to support three times and was not responded to effectively. Additionally, the prices of the items were set to zero. There was nowhere in the settings to help problem solve this error. I really wanted to be able to use this app. It was easy to start with but then it stopped.

The customer service was initially supportive during the installation of this app. However, I encountered significant issues with the sync system despite investing hundreds of hours and ensuring the auto-sync feature was active, but it failed to work effectively. Attempts to communicate through WhatsApp went unanswered, and my interaction with a customer service agent via web chat was abruptly terminated when they disconnected mid-conversation. I am generally reluctant to share negative feedback, but I feel obligated to inform potential new users about my frustrating experience and the considerable amount of time and effort I've wasted.

No one responded to the question and it stopped working after importing 10 products.
Thank you for bringing this to notice. This is a usual process of Bot protection and we mailed you on 22 March and we didn't get any response. We understand you concern and we have immediately reactivated the account. Thanks

A disaster from the time I downloaded it. Don't bother with this one. No answers to my repeated inquiries regarding setup. Vague pop-up window indicating some problem that was nowhere to be found in my profile or settings, inactive buttons to fix the problem leading me off to email or chat with customer service, but no one was home.

They only offer a 3 day free trial. I had a question and could not use the app. They never answered during the free trial, so I had to delete the app. It seems there is a problem with their customer service. Other similar apps I tried answered immediately. UPDATE 5-22-23 For 2 weeks, they have been bothering us with emails and trying to reach us via our chat, which borders on stalking. Enimoh, if you're reading this, we had reasons for canceling your app, and we certainly won't be re-enabling the app. Because of this bad treatment, I am changing my rating from 3 to 2 stars. I will also report this behavior to Shopify.
Update June 3: Tried to reach the the user via email and chat, but no response from your end. Update May 23: Thank you for the review. When we get a review, our app responsible is to fix the issue of the user, so we try our best to get it touch with the store, we are trying to reach you for last 2weeks and we didn't get any reply, and as a extra effort we are trying to reason in our ways like chat etc... Our only responsibility is to help you fix the issue, if you would have replied to the email we would not replied on other source. Thank you for the review, We had not received any emails from you. Our Support is Active 24/7 on email and 24/5 on chat. We are investigating on where we missed you, I am dropping a fresh mail. Don't worry about the trial, we will rest it.... Thank you and see you on the other side....
