This app is amazing and such a time saver.. if you have a large inventory on ebay this is thew app for you it saved me so much time literally in mins all 1500 of my listing were imported to my shopify store which was nice cus when i tried doing this through a csv file it only imported descriptions and titles no pics or prices so this was a life saving app def worth the 29$ i paid and it constantly communicates with ebay to keep your stores listings up to date with your ebay listings!!! 10/10 recommend

It works when it feels like working. It crashes a lot when sorting through import files, and sometimes it just logs me out without letting me back in through the app, so I have to restart it every time to get back in.

This app seamlessly moved my entire Ebay store over in just a few clicks! It would have taken me days to manually type in all the items. So far a huge help. I highly recommend this app to anyone in my situation!!

Great tool for ebay sellers. This is the only tool that allows real-time synchronisation of price and quantity. Customer response emails were also fast. Will continue to use.

App did not work .. only imported 5 items out of 15000 .. I though with paying for app that I will get items imported faster.. it came up totally different pricing and different than advertised. So I closed the account and uninstalled the app within a day. sent emails many times to support with dead end.. they won't help and telling lies that they already refunded the payment which is not true. total scammers trying to keep your money even you did not use the app.

So far the app sort of works ok the main problem with this app is the lack of Instructions. If you need to know anything you have to email the support team and wait for an answer will try it for another few days but already im looking for a different app

An essential application for anyone with an eBay catalog looking to synchronize it with Shopify. The support is fabulous, always ready to assist you with any need! I find it super! I couldn't do without it!!!!!!

Awesome Product that does exactly as it says that it would. Only issue is how basic the interface is. Request a function and then left unsure of whether it was executed or where it is in the process. Other than that, perfect App

We tried for two months to get this app to deliver on ability to synch between Shopify and eBay on trading cards. We had multiple upcharge requests asked as a condition to make the app work as needed which was frustrating. Last we left off we were going to get quoted for a 'customization' that would help us accomplish task of another selling site being able to read and pull items from Shopify... after multiple asks and over a month of waiting for quote, we're just having to cut bait on almost two months of trying to make this work out and start all over. Summary... ensure and double check this app does exactly what you need it to accomplish using the 5-item free option before purchasing, and if you are asked to additional money for the app to do its job, move on.

Even if you have a problem, they will respond very quickly and accurately. Great response!

Customer service is responsive and can work with you. Can handle larger accounts as well if you reach out to them. The best eBay synch out there.

If you require the unit price on your products, DO NOT get this app. It does not import the unit price. I have asked them to do it, gave them permission to my store and they changed something in the code, DESPITE the unit price being an option in the product view on shopify. They did not even implement it correctly. After they reverted the changes, they told me they would work on importing the correct thing. That was 1 month ago. They told me numerous times "We are working on it" "I will update you tommorow" (Sometimes didn't even update me the next day and straight up ignored me), but it is still not done. Would have been a lot better if you just said you are not capable of doing it, instead of wasting my time.

This is an excellent app. The set up process is very straightforward and the interface is easy to use. I was up and running in minutes. Highly recommended.

This app has really help me transfer my eBay products over to shopify. What a game changer! The transfer was very fast and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you very much

I'm really starting to wish I hadn't chosen this importer/integration app. I have had nothing but problems with this importer. This app is supposed to integrate your Shopify and eBay stores, removing items from eBay when they sell on Shopify. They have reimported my items and I'm still having this issue. This was the beginning of August, now we are at the end of September. And I still have to manually remove items from eBay. Unfortunately this has led to overselling to no fault of my own. Pankaj reluctantly refunded my last month payment. I paid for a year, so I am stuck for the next 8 months unfortunately.

I am very satisfied. They are very helpful and solve problems!!! I will continue to use them.

Almost perfect, it can bug out and be slow but overall it does what it says and does it very well. Little to no issues with all the offerings this service provides
